I had ordered all of the fixtures for a bathroom remodel from Quality Bath years ago, and wanted to replace one of the shower valves with a slightly different model in the same style. Not only did they have the model, but Aron helped me confirm the other components I would need to include in my order to make things work. I completed the order and everything arrived in a few days, correct and complete.
BUYER BEWARE! An actively deceitful company. I bought an upscale $1,000 vanity from Quality Bath. It was dropped on it's side and severely damaged during shipping or while in QB's possession. They covered-up the hole in the box with packaging tape (see photo), and when they delivered the vanity, they placed the damaged corner of the box into the corner of my apartment, so that I would not see it. Once the vanity was ready to be installed, it was removed from the box and the damage was discovered. When I contacted Quality Bath to setup a return, they immediately responded that I had signed away my right to return the product by signing for the delivery. That they have some legal loophole in their fine-print that allows them to scam you. Truly the most atrocious customer interaction of my life and I'm out an enormous amount of money. It's psychotic.
I reached out with a few questions regarding my quote and was treated with such care and respect. This company was recommended by a friend and I can see why. They were very informative and quick to respond via email AND phone. That rarely happens now days. Thank you Akiva for walking us through the product questions. Being as we are across the country you made us feel very confident in placing the order.
Just purchased two shower systems and was really grateful to have Ellie's help. The process can feel overwhelming and having someone knowledgeable help makes it a little less daunting, it can be so intimidating to make a plumbing mistake! I have been searching for a particular sink for months to complete our kitchen renovation. Not only did Quality Bath have the item, it was the best pricing by far of any competitor. They assisted with ensuring I had the right drains for both sinks. The items arrived packaged very well and came when they said they would and all shipped for free! I highly recommend this business!

I know online ordering of bath supplies and the like can be daunting. People want to see the faucet, toilet bowl, etc. and customers want to know they can call someone if they need help. Doing it online with quality bath has always been the best customer experience. If I need a part replaced, they respond right away and send me the missing item. They've also sent info on installation and product details from their manufacturers. Thanks QB for being a top vendor!
Janet from quality bath was very helpful! I received quick responses when I needed to make a return and was quickly had a new Door coming my way after the carrier some how broke the door during shipment. Janet was in contact with me until I notified Janet that everything was good on my side, I appreciated the regular updates regarding the issue with my product.

I ordered a quartz sink for the kitchen of my new house and was so disappointed to open the box and see that it had cracked in transit. But Frieda at Quality Bath resolved the issue in no time. My new sink was shipped less than 24 hours later, and she was incredibly courteous, professional and kind in every way. After having a very negative experience trying to return a damaged item with a different company, this was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend Quality Bath to anyone!
Avi provided exceptional customer service! There were many items on my list for our master renovation and I needed clarification and guidance with ordering. Avi was prompt, answering my emails almost immediately, even late at night! We worked together to get things just right and Avi worked to provide the best quote! I worked with Lea at Quality bath and the support was excellent. There were some parts missing and Lea worked with me to figure out what was missing and made sure I had them shipped in time.
Also, I order a full bath assuming the parts are difficult to get, Lea intervened and advised me that I do not require the full bath but the parts are getting shipped. I have not seen an other online vendor do something like this, in this day of always profits at any cost.

This was the first time I had ever heard of Quality Bath. Their selection was impressive and the website easy to navigate. The original farmhouse sink I ordered was no longer available in the color I needed. I received both a phone call and e-mail from customer service sincerely apologizing. Naomi stepped up and helped me find a great replacement sink, with an unlacquered brass strainer (from the original sink's manufacturer) and a protective grid to fit. She put it all together, sent me a quote and all I had to do was purchase! I got an email today saying that part of the order was shipped today (1-day after ordering!) Wow! I will definitely return to Quality Bath for future purchases. Thank you Naomi for going the extra mile for me.

I ordered a claw foot tub with a black painted exterior. I wanted black feet but that wasnt an option so I ordered white feet and planned to paint them myself. On a whim I emailed Rikki and asked if it would be possible to get the feet painted when the tub was painted. Within 30 minutes she had called Barclay and arranged for my tub to have black feet matching the exterior, at no additional cost! Amazing service! Thank you so very much! I cant wait to get my new tub!
