Quality Bath has a real gem in Vicky Eisen! I had ordered a farmer's sink from their site back in April, and as it was manufactured in France (and the Covid matter) Vicky let me know it would take up to 12 weeks. I thought no problem, my kitchen won't be nearly done until then. However, Vicky then let me know the French company was having production problems and perhaps I should consider another sink. I did, and WOW, it was in stock, much less in price, and I think just a lovely. Just received it in perfect condition and took it straight away to my cabinet maker. Vicky has been the best at keeping me informed, and just giving the best customer service! If only all companies had Vickys in their repertoire! Thank you for all the over-the-top service you gave me!

Quality Bath is my go to for plumbing fixtures. I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel and the faucet manufacturer sent a wrong part. Andina, the customer service representative at Quality Bath, quickly processed my claim request and contacted the manufacturer for a replacement. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from this online merchant.

I purchased the Perlato Sona Free Standing Soaker Tub from Quality Bath. I got a great price, and the tub came in perfect condition. It was packaged well and delivery was prompt. We have been in our house for a couple of months now, and I am still enjoying baths in my awesome tub.

I ordered a snap in shower grid for our bathroom remodel. I later discovered that the shower grid will not fit in the new shower drain. Adina was extremely helpful in arranging a refund for the unneeded shower grid. THANK YOU!

Ordered a wood frame mirror for a powder room. Took hours to remove all of the blown in foam that surrounded the box that contained the mirror. I think I had 9 bags of foam to dispose of. To recycle the exterior cardboard, I needed to use a serrated scraper to scrape the foam off the cardboard. The interior box containing the mirror also had the molded foam in it to protect the mirror.

Jack couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I had already placed my order and called to see if any additional discounts were available. Although my Rohl faucets were already at their lowest price, Jack offered me a couple different options as a courtesy to me. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with his service and that of Quality Bath. Couldn't be happier! I've purchased from Quality Bath in the past and will continue to purchase from them in the future. You will not be disappointed dealing with Quality Bath! I highly recommend!

After emailing Lea at Quality Bath for weeks, I got this from Janet: "You are correct, the photo on our site and Perlato's site is incorrect as that tub does not exist".
So, after having sent a tub that is impossible to caulk without a 1/2" bead of silicone, they claim that the tub I actually ordered based on photos on their and the manufacturer's website actually does not exist. Seriously?

I have recently remodeled a kitchen and bath. Quality Bath has been a great partner. The service is marvelous. Always available and timely in responding. Freida was great in arranging a return of a part that had an issue.

We ordered an Afina Broadway medicine cabinet for a recent bath remodel. Quality Bath's pricing was the best we found for this item. Unfortunately, the item was damaged in transit. Adina of Quality Bath was incredible, expediting shipment of replacement doors from the manufacturer. The medicine cabinet is beautiful and we were very impressed with Quality Bath's prompt customer service.

I purchased several Hansgrohe faucets from QualityBath.com several years ago. Unfortunately the handles on two of the faucets broke off. I can tell you from experience that calling the manufacturer is always a waste of time. They can find a million reasons not to pay. So I contacted QualityBath.com. First, their response was very fast. Second, they contacted the manufacturer and came back with a positive answer the very next day.

It's not just about making the sale and goodbye. QaulityBath.com is ready to help you with your purchase many years later. Because of their close relationships with the manufacturers they represent, they can get you positive results.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of this company. I only wanted to exchange the sink. They refused to do it. I provided pictures with an explanation of the sink being unlevel. I used a very reputable and highly rated company to install the sink. The sink was not level near the faucet. Many attempts to shimmy the sink proved fruitless. The company never contacted me nor offered a replacement. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Their response was to provide FAKE email responses to my complaint. It's unfortunate that a US company would falsify emails rather than solve the issue.

The item was not in stock and had to be ordered from Rolh. I needed the dispenser quickly because my old one was leaking. When I told her I need it ASAP, as a courtesy, Rikki had the item shipped directly to me from the manufacturer.

The team at Quality Bath were exceptional! I felt well taken care of every step of the way. First, Akiva set aside a high sell out kitchen faucet for me and shipped it when I was ready, next when there was a manufacturer defect in the finish, Baila and Tammy helped process a return and sent a replacement that arrived on my doorstep within 2 days. When I dropped the return off at FedEx, I received an emailwithin 20 minutes letting me know they had issued a refund. This is the second time I've used Quality Bath and I can definitely recommend them!

I have been working with Adina to get a damaged part replaced and they have been very helpful. Even checking in without me emailing to ask for a status update and sending the tracking number as soon as it was available.

We were a little nervous to order the parts online without an actual ship date, but everyone has been really helpful and got us everything we needed in the time frame we needed it.

And our plumbing fixtures were a very good price and were exactly what we ordered. (Duravit toilet with gerebit wall mount and actuator plate)
