I had ordered all of the fixtures for a bathroom remodel from Quality Bath years ago, and wanted to replace one of the shower valves with a slightly different model in the same style. Not only did they have the model, but Aron helped me confirm the other components I would need to include in my order to make things work. I completed the order and everything arrived in a few days, correct and complete.
BUYER BEWARE! An actively deceitful company. I bought an upscale $1,000 vanity from Quality Bath. It was dropped on it's side and severely damaged during shipping or while in QB's possession. They covered-up the hole in the box with packaging tape (see photo), and when they delivered the vanity, they placed the damaged corner of the box into the corner of my apartment, so that I would not see it. Once the vanity was ready to be installed, it was removed from the box and the damage was discovered. When I contacted Quality Bath to setup a return, they immediately responded that I had signed away my right to return the product by signing for the delivery. That they have some legal loophole in their fine-print that allows them to scam you. Truly the most atrocious customer interaction of my life and I'm out an enormous amount of money. It's psychotic.
This was my first time dealing with QualityBath.com and it won't be my last. To start off, they had the best price on the exact product I was looking for. So I decided to take a chance and I ordered a rather expensive fireclay sink from a company that I had never heard of before. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was super easy. They even took PayPal which gave me some added confidence and insurance if things had gone bad. Through no fault of their own my sink was apparently damaged during shipping. I discovered this and I was immediately worried about the return process. It was the weekend and they were closed and for a brief moment I was afraid that there would be trouble getting a replacement. On the following Monday I called their 1-800 number and quickly I had a real person in the return department on the phone named Janet. She was incredible to deal with. All I had to do was email some pictures of the damage and within the hour I had a follow-up email stating my replacement sink was due to be shipped out within 72 hours. That was about as painless as you can get. I am so impressed with QualityBath.com that there can be no doubt that I will do business with them again. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to give them a chance. QualityBath.com did right by me. Thank you.

The shipment arrived quickly- on of the products we ordered was broken when we opened the box but Tammy from returns and Sara from sales were very helpful and quick in sending us a replacement.
I purchased a medicine cabinet which arrived damaged. I called and it was resolved quickly by pleasant customer service rep.

I am the buyer for a design firm in Northern VA - and Quality Bath is my go-to vendor for plumbing products - the prices are competitive and the customer service has always been excellent - I use them job after job and will continue to buy from them - excellent way to buy plumbing on the internet!
We have ordered several items from Quality Bath over the past few years, without issue. Their pricing is very good, and we've always found their customer service to be helpful. Our most recent purchase involved several special order items with an extended lead time. Unfortunately one of our sinks was the wrong size for a vanity. We have found that the best measure of customer service is how a situation is handled when things go wrong, and with these products there is obviously little room for error. In this case we could not be happier with how we were treated as customers, and how the issue was solved. Dov immediately responded to my email to ask for pictures of the wrong sink, and Freida also took action with Duravit to find out what product was shipped, and to locate a proper replacement (which fortunately was in stock).
The whole process was courteous, professional, and grounded in common sense. We received our replacement sink a full 10 days earlier than expected. We highly recommend Quality Bath, and will continue to order from them due to their solid customer service.
Had some missing parts due to the manufacturer, lea was able to quickly help identify the parts on the schematic and they were shipped the next day. Can't ask for more than that!

Excellent customer service. Our sink came cracked and I sent and email on Saturday after it arrived. I got a reply first thing Monday morning and a new sink is already on its way.

Upon installation of our new shower head mixer and head we found the shower head to be defective. Quality Bath was fantastic in its response and resolution to swap out a new head.
Had no problems with the replacement order! Great service! We had to order a replacement shower door and she helped us out in everything. Veyr nice lady.
Received a hansgrohe shower arm with a scratch on the base, contacted Lea, showed her the pictures and she worked with hansgrohe to arrange for a free replacement.
