I ordered a shower kit, after the kit was delivered I noticed that one of the glass panels was chipped, I contacted the warranty department and they got it replaced no questions asked. Great customer service.

When we found a small defect in our sink and called the returns department, the Quality Bath Customer Service team was amazing, friendly, responded quickly, and did everything possible to ship us a new sink so that our construction project stayed on schedule. We love the quality of the product and the Customer Service team went above and beyond to provide the best quality service. We will come back to Quality Bath again for all of our house renovation needs.

The silver granite sink goes perfect with my marble backsplash and emerald green countertop. It has been in for a month and it does not show water spots, it rinses everything down the drain without leaving any marks. I get compliments from everyone who sees it. It is also just lots of fun saying I have a "granite" sink.

Faced with the daunting task of purchasing a new freestanding tub, tub- filler, shower system, and vanity (with sinks and faucets), I came upon the Quality Bath website, which is terrific They carry a wide range of products at a variety of price points. After reviewing the website and being overwhelmed by the options, I called the company and spoke with Charlie Nagar. Charlie was extremely patient and knowledgeable about all of the product lines and very helpful with selecting products within my budget and which would be shipped in time to meet my project deadline. The pricing was quite good and the items have begun to arrive. I will try to follow up once everything is in place, but so far, so good.

Purchased the Geberit Wall Tank Carrier from Quality Bath. The unit was delivered on schedule. Upon unpackaging and reviewing components noticed a part that was broken. It was small plastic tab on mud guard box. Called Quality Bath and spoke with Chaya about the broken part. Was told to send in a picture of damaged part. I did. Within a few minutes of sending email. I received an email that the part was ordered and will be shipped directly to my address. Rarely do you get service like this. Truly hassle free. A great pleasure dealing with Quality Bath.

Purchased a sink from them and it cracked. Called the company because they said that they will back all their products. And refused to replace the product. Lowe's offers a 90 return. Do yourself a favor and purchase from them.

This sink and interior grate is Awesome! The installation was done by very handy handyman and he stated he had never installed one of these before but by the time he was finished he loved it too. Every one who sees it loves it too. It is the right height for me and makes my kitchen look so beautiful. Highly recommend this sink and this company.
