I worked with Lea at Quality bath and the support was excellent. There were some parts missing and Lea worked with me to figure out what was missing and made sure I had them shipped in time.

Also, I order a full bath assuming the parts are difficult to get, Lea intervened and advised me that I do not require the full bath but the parts are getting shipped. I have not seen an other online vendor do something like this, in this day of always profits at any cost.

The original farmhouse sink I ordered was no longer available in the color I needed. I received both a phone call and e-mail from customer service sincerely apologizing.
