I had ordered all of the fixtures for a bathroom remodel from Quality Bath years ago, and wanted to replace one of the shower valves with a slightly different model in the same style. Not only did they have the model, but Aron helped me confirm the other components I would need to include in my order to make things work. I completed the order and everything arrived in a few days, correct and complete.
BUYER BEWARE! An actively deceitful company. I bought an upscale $1,000 vanity from Quality Bath. It was dropped on it's side and severely damaged during shipping or while in QB's possession. They covered-up the hole in the box with packaging tape (see photo), and when they delivered the vanity, they placed the damaged corner of the box into the corner of my apartment, so that I would not see it. Once the vanity was ready to be installed, it was removed from the box and the damage was discovered. When I contacted Quality Bath to setup a return, they immediately responded that I had signed away my right to return the product by signing for the delivery. That they have some legal loophole in their fine-print that allows them to scam you. Truly the most atrocious customer interaction of my life and I'm out an enormous amount of money. It's psychotic.
Quality bath has the best service and the best prices; and no sales tax to NY!
They always pick up on the first ring or 2, no miserable phone trees. I have been buying from them for years, and I highly reccommend them for any homeowner,
The process was smooth and even though we had to go pick it up in the states, we are in Canada, all went smooth and easy and great price, the sink was perfect and we love it in our kitchen. My photos won't upload for some reason but it is very beautiful and a wonderful size it fits cookie sheets and large pans easily. Great experience with this company.
I returned several faucets to them and their restocking charges and no free return shipping is exorbitant...I bought a 1200.00 faucet...and had to return it. It cost me 400.00 to return it. No lie. There prices are good only if you absolutely,,,absolutely do not need to return it. Buy from someone else like Build.com. Quality has good customer service and good prices but if you have to return something you will regret it. '

I came upon Quality Bath when I was price checking for a Price Guarantee from a competitor I always used. I see the great price, which was lower than the competitor, then I see a 20% sale. From past experience, I knew the attitude of the competitor drops considerably when there is a price match. I called with some questions and Josh was great. Very knowledgeable. The service received at Quality Bath is the type of service we received back in the 60's. I was very impressed. I place my order for a Franke disposer. It arrived sooner than originally stated and in excellent condition as expected. My only drawback is my plumber is on self-quarantine for covid exposure. THANKS again.

The local business we had do the granite counters and sink in our kitchen had a supply chain issue and we were going to have to wait over a month to complete our project. I googled the model of Blanco sink we needed and found QualityBath.com. Exact sink. Exact color. IN STOCK! I called late on a Thursday and the extremely pleasant and accommodating person who answered the phone ordered it for me in minutes, and I had the sink in hand by the following Monday. Perfect condition. We LOVE the sink and would not have been happy with the substitution we were looking at. QualityBoth.com saved our kitchen project and did it quickly and very pleasantly.

I ordered an Herbeau Farm Sink from Quality Bath and it arrived with a small flaw in the bottom of the sink. Freida in Customer Service was incredibly helpful. I sent pictures of the problem, she called the company and a replacement sink was on its way with no hassles at all. This is how you always hope Customer Service will work, but sadly these days, it is not always the case. I am very, very pleased with both the product and the quality of service I received. I highly recommend them.

Back in the day, an online soaker tub purchase was not on my horizon. However, thru Quality Bath, not only was there a great selection of tubs, sink, etc. they also offer incredible pricing. However, best of all though was the excellent customer servicing from a young man named Akiva Pomerantz. He was knowledgeable about the products, no pressure, able to work thru my scheduling and very responsive to my questions. Their team went above and beyond to find me the right product for my new Blanco sink I purchased from them which I love. I was having an issue with the finish and after trying a few different drain types and they did not work, Quality Bath did not hesitate to make it right. I was unfamiliar with Quality Bath but found it as I looked into a lighted mirror cabinet and needed a fairly quick response. Luckily, Akiva answered my call and not only helped me quickly but also helped me find solutions to a couple other parts of my project. The pricing is really good and he was able to let me know stock vs nonstock items. I will use Quality Bath in the future as I map out projects and the first person that I will call is Akiva!

Tammy took care of speaking with Duravit when I got my Durastyle console with the shelf that is a special order that takes 12-14 weeks and the wood of the shelf at the corners expanded where the wood pegs came undone and cannot be hammered back in. She was so nice and felt bad as Ive waited so long for it and handled the situation very quickly and got back to me in just a few hours to tell me they are sending me another one and in half the time. Akiva is very helpful and responsive. Always answered questions promptly. He notified me that a vanity top I ordered would not fit the shape of the vanity exactly so I could revise me order (and get a refund!). A lot of customer reps would not have bothered and just sent what I ordered.

My sales representative Dov Gellis and the people who back him up are the most knowledgable and competent people I have ever done business with. They will always let you know when to expect your products (which in the age of Covid isn't easy to do sometimes), and they will always follow through with an e-mail or call if something is going to change, which it rarely does.

I am a very particular customer, and spent hours and hours searching for the best fixtures and the best prices for our new home build. I found that at Quality Bath online and purchased all of our plumbing fixtures online from them. Sure, I was hesitant to buy online, but what I received in addition to my quality fixtures was first class service from Mimi in sales and Tammy in customer service. They were more knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and a pleasure to do business with and this is not my first rodeo so I can say this without hesitation - you need not look anywhere else and your business with Quality Bath, and especially Mimi and Tammy will be a great experience!
We ordered multiple Lefroy items from Quality Bath. We did an initial review when we first received them and everything looked good. About 2 months later as we were unpacking one of the items and getting ready to install it, we noticed that one of the porcelain handles was cracked. We hadn't noticed it initially because it wasn't fully tightened and the cracked part hadn't been showing. We communicated with Lea in the returns department at Quality Bath and she was able to contact Lefroy and get us a replacement handle at no cost even though it was 2 months beyond the review period. Lea was very prompt, helpful, cordial and easy to work with. We would definitely use Quality Bath again and want to thank Lea for her great service.
I purchased a very expensive Rohl faucet. I had an issue with the finish. Chaya in customer service was of great assistance to me in getting the matter resolved with the manufacturer. Quality bath customer service and Chaya in particular was outstanding! I will definitely do future business with Quality bath and would highly recommend this company.
