The title of this post says it all. I'm not sure what else I'd need from a supplier but they had my order out to me quickly and were responsive to my questions - within a few minutes of emailing. They also seem to have a great selection of products. I'll definitely use them again!

What a wonderful shopping experience! Quality Bath is second to none when it comes to everything you need for your kitchen and bathroom. Akiva has been so incredibly helpful and responsive. He's quick to answer questions, and you can tell that he and the entire company are honest, reputable individuals who do right by their customers. Even if you have a local showroom, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Quality Bath instead. Great prices and even better customer service.

It was a pleasure working with Chaya from Quality Bath. I experienced an issue with a Hansgrohe shower head that I purchased from them. Chaya took care of the communication with Hansgrohe getting me a replacement for the shower head along with tracking information. She made it really easy to address the issue. I've purchased luxury plumbing products from Quality Bath countless times over the past seven years.

I've had a dedicates sales person (Josh) for the entire period. When I call, they answer their phones. When I have to make product selections, they provide sound advice. They know their products. There prices are fair. There customer service is second to none.

I can not say enough good things about Quality Bath, the products they represent, their sales team, their customer service team, their prices and their logistics.

Aron Kaufman was everything that I needed in a customer service representative. He was kind, methodical, and responsive. It is always a pleasure working with the team at Quality Bath.

Aron is very attentive and helpful, making each experience exceptional. Everything that I need, if he doesn't have it, he tried his best to find it. His customer service is way beyond.

We needed several random small plumbing items and a few bigger items. It's normally a headache to keep track of this type of order since each item can be shipped separately due to disparate brands and locations for supply. Quality Bath has a top notch, seamless tracking approach with email notifications for each step. One item shipped directly from a supplier had a defect and it was handled quickly and smoothly. We were provided a lable for fedex and were credited back the next day after dropping off the package at Fedex. A new order was generated right away. Best part was that I had to deal with only one person (via email) for all communication about it from beginning to end. I wish all ordering and handling were as good as Quality Bath's!

I have worked with Quality Bath in the past with exceptional pricing and good service. Most recently, Aron, turned around quotes quickly so my customers could make informed decisions. He also followed up to notify us of upcoming price increases. His promptness and attention to detail saved us over $500. They are a good company to do business with.

I purchased several Robern cabinets and installation materials. The process of choosing was made easy. Most importantly, the follow up to my questions were handled promptly by Dov at quality bath. The service response and helpfulness stand above most other experiences I have had.

Highly recommend for their extensive availability of products, fast turn around, and excellent customer service. We used them for a full house renovation. After placing our order Dov reached out to review everything, ensure nothing was missed, and eliminate any unnecessary ordering.

I needed an invoice for my sink purchase and spoke with Aron. He was helpful and very courteous. Within in a couple of minutes he located it and sent it to me!

Aron was very helpful. I emailed him on what I thought was the later side not expecting a quick response, but he got back to me Right away and letting us know the shipping time on our order and was on top of our order with any questions we had Along the way, definitely recommend this company.

I have ordered three faucets from this business (same model). Their customer service reps are very helpful; most recently, Akiva helped me customize two of the faucets to meet my size needs (he communicated with the French maker directly and arranged for a different size than normally offered). While this will take longer, I'm willing to wait for a quality product. I very much like the one already installed (prior purchase).

Quality Bath has become my go to store for my bathroom fixture needs. I've had some of the best customer experiences that I've ever had with this store. Recently I chatted with Dina who was able to call Graff in real-time so that I could receive rough valve's ahead of faucets as they are typically bundled together.

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Aron Kaufman at Quality Bath! He was prompt answering the phone, finding the product I needed, and emailing a quote with an estimated delivery! The estimated time is 1/2 of others we were quoted and his ability to clarify the precise product I needed, size and finish were on spot! Right now I could not ask for a more attentive, quick and accurate person to help me with our renovation! Getting our sconces in timely fashion with be the frosting on the cake! Plus dealing directly with an informed rep made the process seamless for me and I have worked with those less than capable! Everyone should have customer service like Aron! Thank you!

We had a minor quality issue with a high end plumbing fixture we ordered through Quality Bath. They sent a replacement part free of charge with no questions asked. Their communication during the order and shipping process was timely and transparent. Their agent in Returns, Adina, remained helpful, prompt, and informative through the correction process and was really great. I highly recommend them for their customer support. Thank you!

I received a shower set that was missing one part from the manufacturer. Quality Bath representative Adina contacted the manufacturer and had the missing part shipped to me within days.
I have made multiple purchases from Quality Bath in the past year. Their prices are great and delivery time has always supported my schedule.

I purchased a large amount of items for the renovation of our new home. I recently had an issue with one of the more expensive items I had purchased. I contacted quality bath and was put in touch with Leah in after sales department. She submitted a claim on my behalf and was able to get it approved and have another one shipped out to me in less than 3 days. She was amazing! I will never buy any bath product form anywhere else! For those of you for whom a bathroom is the most important room in your house Quality Bath is the invaluable source for all your bathroom needs. My special thanks go to Aron who not only helped to find what I was exactly looking for but also made my complex order which involved shipping to Europe much simpler than I expected. This coupled with a great price turned part of my renovation project much less stressful and a real pleasure.

I had a previous order from Quality Bath, and wanted to duplicate the item. I was unable to find my invoice, so I called and spoke to Aron. He immediately looked for the correct information, ordered it ASAP, and I received it within a week! So impressed with their willingness to search through old records to help me find the right item with ZERO complaint or attitude!

I received parts that I ordered but I was missing connectors. I figured out that this was because I ordered a filter replacement rather than a filter "set." Aron suggested that I not return the error part but just keep it in reserve for next year when I have to replace the filter. Probably good advice but would up spending nearly $400 instead of the lower amount. Goo advice, esp. Since restocking fee is 10%, but still a crazy amount to spend on a water filter.

BUYER BEWARE! An actively deceitful company. I bought an upscale $1,000 vanity from Quality Bath. It was dropped on it's side and severely damaged during shipping or while in QB's possession. They covered-up the hole in the box with packaging tape (see photo), and when they delivered the vanity, they placed the damaged corner of the box into the corner of my apartment, so that I would not see it.

Once the vanity was ready to be installed, it was removed from the box and the damage was discovered. When I contacted Quality Bath to setup a return, they immediately responded that I had signed away my right to return the product by signing for the delivery. That they have some legal loophole in their fine-print that allows them to scam you.

Truly the most atrocious customer interaction of my life and I'm out an enormous amount of money. It's psychotic.
