I had ordered all of the fixtures for a bathroom remodel from Quality Bath years ago, and wanted to replace one of the shower valves with a slightly different model in the same style. Not only did they have the model, but Aron helped me confirm the other components I would need to include in my order to make things work. I completed the order and everything arrived in a few days, correct and complete.
BUYER BEWARE! An actively deceitful company. I bought an upscale $1,000 vanity from Quality Bath. It was dropped on it's side and severely damaged during shipping or while in QB's possession. They covered-up the hole in the box with packaging tape (see photo), and when they delivered the vanity, they placed the damaged corner of the box into the corner of my apartment, so that I would not see it. Once the vanity was ready to be installed, it was removed from the box and the damage was discovered. When I contacted Quality Bath to setup a return, they immediately responded that I had signed away my right to return the product by signing for the delivery. That they have some legal loophole in their fine-print that allows them to scam you. Truly the most atrocious customer interaction of my life and I'm out an enormous amount of money. It's psychotic.
My vanity top did not arrive with the vanity. I didn't open my package upon arrival. Big mistake! Don't miss the 24 hr. Policy. I contacted Quality Bath and got to Adina. She was awesome! Went above and beyond to help me get my top! Got my project back on track! I'll recommend this company to anyone. Found an unusual size vanity that is perfect!
I live in a remote area with limited technical assistance. When I inadvertently ordered the wrong part, Josh went out of his way to facilitate my return and replacement with the correct one. The speed and professionalism, combined with the personal attention, was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend.
Ordering our sink with pre-drilled holes couldn't have been easier, and the price was far superior. Unfortunately, the manufacturer forgot to drill the holes. Anyway, I worked with Tammy at QualityBath and she patiently helped me get to an excellent solution. Kudos to Tammy and QualityBath. I'll be happy to patronize these folks again!

After checking several Rohl authorized websites, QualityBath.com had the most reasonable prices. The service provided by Charlie was excellent. He was able to tell me when I could expect my product which was within one week. Due to plumber availability I discovered I would need the pot filler sooner and Charlie arranged for the item to be Fed Ex'd overnight. I subsequently received another email confirming shipment and received the product the following day. I would definitely recommend this online company. Customer service and prices were excellent.
I bought all of the fixtures for my bathroom renovation from QualityBath. The selection, prices and delivery were great. Five years later, I'm having issues with the Hansgrohe faucet and I reached out to QualityBath to get advice on what the problem may be and how to fix it. Lea said that she would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. The next day she sent me an email confirming that Hansgrohe would be sending me replacement parts at no charge. Outstanding customer service!
Akiva at QualityBath.com was absolutely great to work with. There can be lots of questions when purchasing something like a freestanding tub online. Akiva helped us through all those questions like we were actually there in person!
We worked with quality bath to furnish our master bath for everything. Josh was awesome to work with! Super quick with responses, very knowledgable and offered great recommendations. It is rare to find someone one on the other end of the phone in a large company that cares enough not to just say "sorry" and read from a script, but to actually solve the problem at hand. I needed a replacement part and she not only helped me find it she contacted the manufacture and arranged for me to be sent that part free of charge, which is also amazing and never happens. We are undertaking a large kitchen and bath remodel project. We went to a high end supply showroom in FT Myers Fla and picked out what we wanted. When the itemized pre-order details were sent to us, I was shocked at the total cost of the eight items we were ordering. I decided to search for an online supplier who might be able to supply the exact items by manufacturer sku or item number. I found all the exact items and saved about $800 and the experience was outstanding. The customer service folks were knowledgeable and told me what the process would be and when I would expect delivery. They were 100% on the mark. I would definitely recommend Quality Bath. Com to anyone who doesn't want to sacrifice quality of product but wants to pay substantially less.
During our bathroom renovation, key components needed to complete our new toilet installation inadvertently got tossed. YIKES! But I called Quality Bath customer service and was directed to Tammy. Our conversation took place on a Friday morning, I had a confirmation that both the items I needed were ordered by Friday afternoon and confirmation on shipping by both by next business day. This was not a large order, but Tammy understood my urgency and handled my order as a top priority. Great customer service these days sticks out like a sore thumb. Mine was a very positive experience and I look forward to working with them again soon.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Quality Bath. I asked a question to the live online chat rep right after placing an order and learned that I had accidently clicked on the wrong size. Jack not only promptly answered my question but quickly saw that I had ordered the wrong size sink grid. He fixed my order right away and then made my day when he told me how quickly my order would be in my hands! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
I had experienced a problem with one of my new faucets and after I reached out to the customer service dept, Janet took care of it right away. Even though the manufacturer was slow to respond she follow up repeatedly and was able to send the replacement cartridge.

Lea at Quality Bath provides amazing customer service! My Robern mirror was delivered with the glass damaged on both doors. Due to construction delays on my project, the damage wasn't discovered until months after the mirror arrived. The contractor pointed out the left mirror, which was severely damaged and Lea helped me get a no-cost replacement right away. However, the contractor did not notice a smaller chip/scratch on the right mirror until another few weeks when they went to install. I was worried that due to the additional delay in reporting the damage it would be impossible to get a second door replaced. Lea responded to my email promptly and, lo and behold, was able to arrange for a no-cost replacement. Simply amazing!
I spoke with the vendor and ordered parts based on his recommendation. My plumber advised that the parts were not what was needed and were, in fact duplicates of what I had. I contacted Ruthie at Quality Bath regarding the return of these items. She contacted the vendor who advised that they wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee for parts. She was so helpful. She explained to the vendor that I had told their rep what my plumber told me what parts were needed. He didn't listen and Ruthie made sure I received my credit with a restocking fee. She is awesome!
I have been very happy to find this business. Everyone has been very kind, patient and helpful. Added bonus that the prices are lower than their competitors. So far the experience has been great- I feel like I am working with actual people and not a giant corporation. Ellie And Chaya have been great!
