I had ordered all of the fixtures for a bathroom remodel from Quality Bath years ago, and wanted to replace one of the shower valves with a slightly different model in the same style. Not only did they have the model, but Aron helped me confirm the other components I would need to include in my order to make things work. I completed the order and everything arrived in a few days, correct and complete.
BUYER BEWARE! An actively deceitful company. I bought an upscale $1,000 vanity from Quality Bath. It was dropped on it's side and severely damaged during shipping or while in QB's possession. They covered-up the hole in the box with packaging tape (see photo), and when they delivered the vanity, they placed the damaged corner of the box into the corner of my apartment, so that I would not see it. Once the vanity was ready to be installed, it was removed from the box and the damage was discovered. When I contacted Quality Bath to setup a return, they immediately responded that I had signed away my right to return the product by signing for the delivery. That they have some legal loophole in their fine-print that allows them to scam you. Truly the most atrocious customer interaction of my life and I'm out an enormous amount of money. It's psychotic.
Freida at Quality Bath was extremely informative and efficient taking care of my request. The product shipped by the manufacturer was missing parts and she had a replacement part to us in less than a week even though we are on the West Coast. Every step of the way, she kept us apprised of the status of our request. Overall, a pleasure to work with a profession; they are rare these days.
We have been having problems with a missed delivery which was returned to the supplier. Lea in customer service was incredibly helpful to contact the supplier and locate the returned item and have it reshipped to us. I have NEVER encountered a company like Quality Bath who has such helpful customer support. Lea deserves the very best rating, and more. Thank you, Lea, for all your help!

I ordered about $10k worth of Waterstone pulls and handles. Wasterstone made an error in sending the incorrect appliance pulls. They sent 3" pulls and not 30" (big difference). QualityBath, did not make the mistake, this was 100% on the Waterstone side, but QualityBath quickly responded to my issue and made it right. They were easy to work with. I will order from QualityBath again.

I worked with Josh to purchase a Blanco sink, faucet etc. He was the best! Originally the order was schedule to come later than expected and would have held up the project, but Josh and Tziporah jumped through hoops and all components were delivered on time. Have just ordered a James Martin vanity. Do not yet have the product so I cannot rate that but the help I received from Jack in finding exactly what I wanted when all other vendors told me it was out of stock was amazing.

Janet with quality bath helped me replaced the sprayer on my sink faucet. I contacted QB bc my sprayer was making a terrible noise and not functioning properly. I was pretty upset about it. But Janet contacted them manufacturer and I had a new sprayer, that was easy to install, within less than a week. Thanks Janet and QB!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Quality Bath. The item ordered shipped and arrived quickly. When the item received was missing parts, Chaya was very helpful in offering solutions to resolve the issue. Receiving the replacement and shipping back the original item could not have been easier.
Ordered a Brizo shower/bath set from them, it arrived, but we didn't open it for a good while to install. When we did, we found a couple of pieces missing. I contacted customer support, and no problem, they contacted Brizo and arranged for replacement pieces to be delivered directly to us. It's lovely when a problem is sorted so easily - I've been highly impressed with all my contact with them.

Shipping time depends on the product. Some things ordered came within a couple of days, some took longer, but I always received a shipping estimate email laying out what to expect.
I called in to see if Quality Bath could sell me a new drain plug for my Hydro System tub that I purchased from Quality Bath. I had been working directly with Hydro System for a couple months on getting warranty service and was most recently waiting two weeks for a response from Hydro Systems. Tammy said she would check with Hydro Systems to see if she could help. 10 minutes later I received a response from Hydro Systems, letting me know that they would be sending me a new drain plug right away. I am very grateful for Tammy's help and will not hesitate to purchase from Quality Bath in the future.

My original Blanco Artona faucet that was installed in Oct 2019 had faulty hoses that were leaking from the faucet. Quality Bath has a wonderful returns rep named Frieda that has been working diligently on this issue since day one and it's taken over 3 weeks to resolve with Blanco. She would update me often and stayed on top of every nuance of the case. I finally received my new replacement faucet yesterday and the plumber just installed it. I'm hoping the new faucet works and lasts. I can't speak highly enough of Freida, she's an excellent representative of QualityBath and provides great service and is very pleasant to deal with. They are lucky to have her!

I had a problem with the shipment. The description was not complete/inaccurate, and the vanity I got was not what I expected. Customer service responded within a few days, to find a resolution. Ultimately, they refunded the purchase price without much hassle. I always hope for the best, but problems inevitably happen. I would happily order from QualityBath again, knowing the quality of customer service.

We purchased a quartz sink and it was delivered overnight! When it came it had a slight manufacturing flaw on the underside. We called and talked to Freida, sent her photos, and she took care of contacting the manufacturer directly for us. Through email, she kept us unto date on everything that was happening, and a new free replacement sink was shipped out in less than a week. If only every business we dealt with for our kitchen remodel was this efficient, helpful, and pleasant! We also talked with Adina, who was equally pleasant and helpful. I have recommended QualityBath to our contractor for future jobs he has. They stand by their pledge to make sure everything is right. Thank you.
I purchased a Grohe faucet for our basement gameroom about four years ago. The chrome was starting to pit despite hardly ever being used. Initially the Grohe warranty department was contacted. For two weeks Grohe gave me the runaround as they couldn't decide whether to handle the replacement on their own or not. Frieda was superb at handling the return. She really made up for Grohe's lack of customer service, communication, and follow up. 5 stars to Quality Bath for handling a Grohe warranty issue 4 years after the original sale!
