Terrible, awful company.
They sold me a phone that broke in a week.
They replaced it with another phone that broke after a few months. And if this happens while you're outside the UK, you're screwed, as they only do postal services in the UK.
They refused to let me cut my losses with a refund and insisted I take the "repaired" phone.
They then sent it to me through a delivery service that just left it at the door right next to the street, but claimed that I signed for it, and it was then stolen before I returned home.
They responded, "ah well, not our problem".
