Once more Qwintry did it. The package arrive within the expected time. I was a bit concerned first since part of the package was looking a bit humid, however inside everything was dry and in excellent conditions.
Everything was delivered in the best possible way. The headphones are amazing. Sound is great. The case for carrying headphones seems to be wonderful. The case closes with a zipper. These are one of the best headphones out there. Noise reduction is 5 points.
I have received posters posters ruined during re-packing by Qwintry (they squeezed them into a new pack).
Qwintry refused to provide any compensation saying that it is I who must prove that the item came non-damaged to their WH. For this I should have paid them extra to make fotos of the good.
Client's rights do not exist for Qwintry. I would not recommend them if you value your order and want to get it in good condition.
