I read a lot of questionable reviews and was skeptical about ordering from this place... so I placed a small$20/30 order to see how it went. Mind you, I literally live in the middle of nowhere and didn't expect to receive my order. But to my delight not only did I receive my order but it was fantastic! I did pay for expedited shipping and it came 2 days later than it should have but to be fair it was memorial day weekend. I will be placing a larger order with rainbow shops this week for work out gear. I'm plus size and people have no idea of the struggles to find cute clothes for us larger ladies, I'm so excited!
I placed an order online from rainbow on 6/4/24 and another order the following day 6/5/24 as of yet I still haven't received neither of my packages, my packages are being shipped by FedEx smartpost which is the slowest and worst shipping carrier method to use, and when I check the fedex tracking system the status says my packages are in ellenwood georgia facility and it has been there for over a week now and ellenwood georgia facility is the slowest and worst as well for any packages to go through, and now FedEx Smartpost has finally handed my packages over to USPS for delivery and the USPS shipping status says on one of my packages status that it's arriving late delivery date unknown and on my other package the status says that a label was created waiting on package from rainbow the shipper. I called rainbow customers service on 6/14/24 about this issue and the representative repeatedly talked rude nasty & unprofessional just because I asked her about the long wait time and I still don't have what I paid for and ordered online from this company, but my issue wasn't resolved by that nasty attitude individual so called representative. I will never buy anything else from this sleazy low classed unprofessional business again.

They make up prices as they go. Leave sensors on clothing. Corporate offices do not provide resolutions. POOR SERVICE across the board. OUTDATED SYSTEMS and PRACTICES. All about your money and no regard for concerns or problenms.

I have purchased things from this company for years but after my last encounter I will NOT be buying from them again. I purchased an order and the shipping was excellent. I purchased about 10 items but 3-4 were too big. So I go to return these items with receipt and items were in Rainbow bag from shipping. The first issue was no one greeted myself or other customers entering. It was hard to tell who was working and who was customers. So after I started unloading items someone finally walks up. The first issue was that even though there was a clothing tag on one item the price was on outer bag so I was told no refund could be given on item. I was like OK cool. After she looked at my receipt she said oh you purchased a lot i'll take the one without the price and use the SKU on the receipt. So we get all the way through the process and she says OK where's the card used then looks on the receipt and says oh sorry I can't take it back you paid with paypal. So I told her yea but it was taken from a card attached to that account. She was like sorry next time use a credit card not paypal. I replied there will not be a next time but thank you anyway. Horrible customer service. This should be printed on the site. Receipt clearly advises of merchandise credit for Paypal accounts
Now I remember why I stopped shopping at this store there return policy I came to exchange not get my money back but exchange something I bought not noticing I never got my receipt I keep all of my receipt just in case and I don't have that one they tell me the can't exchange without the receipt it's an exchange not a refund never I again and trust me my voice is strong why would I support such a thing so you just take peoples money just so

Rainbow clothing store, is permanently closing their fitting rooms.
They closed They're fitting rooms during Covid…they must have thought, that trying close on inside of their fitting room, contaminates them MORE.
Instead…they want people to purchase them, put them In their car, taking them inside their house, try them on and then bring them back to the store lol what a joke. Do they wash them, when we bring them back? Lol no, they don't…
Now For some reason (hopefully it's not because of Covid lol) they are permanently closing their fitting rooms.
Almost Everything inside of the store is tight, and form fitting. Myself and others, including the employees of the store, understand that Women have to try on clothes like this before purchasing.
From a business standpoint, This will only cause them to lose sales. I saw 4 people put their clothes back and leave because of this.
I also heard one person say, " they might as well close completely and only sell online, what an inconvenience."
I will no longer shop at Rainbow stores if they decide to close the fitting rooms permanently.

I will not go out of my way and drive back and forth to purchase and return items, because they don’t want people to use the fitting rooms. What’s the point of going there, if I didn’t want to try on the clothes, then I would just shop online. Not smart on their part.
For the most part, you get what you pay for! I only ordered shoes from Rainbow and I like them. But DON'T ORDER YOUR SIZE IF YOU HAVE BIG FEET! YOU MUST ORDER THEM A SIZE OR TWO LARGER! REALLY! I realized that these places that sell shoes made in other countries make them smaller than America. The people who make them are small I'm thinking so they make shoes small. I'm just guessing that this is the problem. However if you don't mind wearing smaller shoes on your big feet then order your regular size!
If I could give a negative star of the store that I visited and the corporate I would give them negative 10 stars. My recent purchase, I had bought some bras and I specifically asked the employee at the register if I could return or exchange these items if they didn't fit as there was no dressing room in the store. She said Yes, I would just need a receipt of purchase and to bring them in before 30-days after purchase. I asked her an additional time just to make sure of her answer and she said Yes I could return or exchange the items. Well I came back to the store 2 days later and talked to the same employee and told her that these items did not fit, she rudely says that I cant return or exchange items. I reminded her that I was here 2 days earlier and asked these specific questions and she said I could return items. She played dumb and acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. So I emailed corporate and explained the situation and they rudely emailed back that I was pretty much out of luck and they are not refunding me. I still have those emails so if anyone wants to see how rude and unprofessional corporate is I will be glad to send them over. I will never shop at Rainbow shops again!
I've never had a bad experience in this store. The staff members are warm and inviting and the place is always in top shape. Keep up the solid work guys!

Went to the store and got the worst Service ever the ladies without asking she told we don't carried your sizes here and staring smiling I felt so horrible worst people.
Should be able to give negative stars! These people are crooks. I made purchase 134. Based on them having a 45 day return policy. I received items, they are too large, and had ordered smallest sizes they carry. They are refusing to let me return these items, first they said return shipping was to expensive. I said I didnt care it was worth it for me to get back what i could of my 134. Next they said " i should GIVE THE PRODUCTS AWAY OR SELL THEM MYSELF AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME 4.00" and said NO, I AM RETURNING ITEMS! They returned with i should sell them and they would give me 5.00! This is UNBELIEVABLE! How can companies get away with doing this? There has to be some way to PREVENT THIS? I have to work almost 10 hours for 134. But i should just GIVE IT AWAY, NO! Help!

I'm really disappointed in the customer service I received. The store had been closed for COVID-19. When the store opened I went to get out a layaway I had put up. I had spoke to someone to say that I was still interested in getting my purchase. Went to pick up my purchase a few days later only to find out they canceled my layaway. Other retailers started your layaway over not Rainbow they didn't even give you a week. When I got there they had canceled my layaway and still took my money. I could see if I had not picked up because of something I had done but I couldn't pick up because the store was closed. I feel like they should have given me the full refund amount toward another purchase. That way they still could have made money and I wouldn't have lost money. Before this I liked shopping here. I even ordered off the online store. Now I feel some type a way about how they handled their store being closed. I'm sure I'm not the only one this happened to. So disappointed.

I ordered come here online 4 times and never had a problem or issue until my last order they totally screwed up my order it was like 3 weeks in until they finally gave me a refund cuz I never received it but one when I called customer service say was rude as hell I talked to one representative that was pretty nice but the rest was rude and not professional for some reason FedEx lied and said that they attempt to deliver my package when they didn't because I was at home at that time and they escape my package to the post office and it was a total screw up so I will never shop online again at this store only in store
I have never bought from them online, but I love the in person stores. The sales are great! Unfortunately there's no fitting room, but I am able to easily exchange or return the sizes I don't need.

Fitting rooms are closed STILL due to COVID@ Rainbow Shoppes Altamonte Mall store in Altamonte Springs Florida. Insane! COVID was 4 years AGO! I left their store & approx. $200.00 in clothing. I did not purchase any clothing that I wasn't allowed to try on!

Ordered something and received something else. Quality of the received product is very bad. When tried reaching over the customer care number, no response.No response for the emails sent.
Do not shop at this store! If you have a refund, they will try to keep your money. They have a stupid return policy designed just for that purpose. I returned 2 items by mail on 13 June 2022 and they have received them on July 5 2022. FedEx agent called them twice to verify and they said they were received. 10 days later, the money has not been refunded back to Klarna. I called 3 times today, and they told 3 different lies. I was told they had to redo the refund from the 5th earlier this month. I called back and was told the supervisor was still looking over the notes. I told them that they have their merchandise back and they need to refund the money. This can't be too hard. This is only a scheme to steal people's money. I hope they eventually close down these stores especially where the clerks and managers are clowns and just as stupid as the policy. A few weeks ago, I went to one of the stores in Savannah, Georgia to get my money or items back and the clerk called the security guard. I started to call the police because, they are the f#$%% thieves who have my money. I like their nerve. If they want to get clever with me, they could be staring down their noses at a lawsuit. A messed-up place to shop. Please do not shop at these stores.

I have recently discovered this web site threw the internet and read the reviews on sitejabber. I was a little leary because of what i read, but in reading the reviews i found out that the web site is a web site for an actual store. I thought that the cloths on the site were real cute, so i decided to go to the store and see what the quality of the clothing was.
I ended up finding 3 different stores with in 40 mins of my house. I went to all 3. Each had some of what i seen on the web site, but none had all of what was on the web site. I found many things that I liked and found the quality to be very good and made with really good fabric. I picked out the things that I loved and tried them on in their dressing room. The dressing room did need to be swept up, but nothing to major. I found the sales people to be very nice and helpful when I asked questions.
I bought a few items to take home, I have worn them and have had no issues with them.
I then went backed to their web site and ordered a few things that I did not find in their stores. My order shipped really fast and arrived quickly. Again nice quality!

Bought some boots, not only did I pay for priority shipping and received it way later than expected. But they were also entirely not the right size, I ordered a 10 in womens and the pair that came had to be atleast a 6 or 7. Then when I tried to return it, found out I could only get store credit SURPRISE I also used klarna to pay and found out that rainbow had charged me more than what they had listed on their website. Had to file a report and after all that I still had to pay for those $#*!ty $#*!ing shoes because I used their shipping label. Called customer service many times and was met with an employee who was very stuck up and $#*!y, hung up on me everytime. ALWAYS READ THE RETURN POLICY. ALWAYS READ THE RETURN POLICY. I went into a store located in Dearborn, Michigan, on Mercury Drive and boy I should have kept going. I was in the store at about 4:30. Found several thjngs that I wanted to try on at about 4:45. I went to the front desk to ask if I could go into a dressing room and they told me that they were all closed. So I asked were they all broken or something and the employee told me "No, we just close them early so we can be out of here at 6:00" So you can tell this is a Sunday evening. This was extremely unacceptable. I then asked her for her manager and she said of couse "I am the manager!" So I politely left the store. 2 days later I called the corporate store and they apologized, however me being inconvenienced and spoken rudly to was only worth a $10.00 Rainbow Gift Card. NEVER EVER WILL I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I'm not using the gift card nor will I give it to someone else. I refuse to let someone else get treated like I have.
This is absolutely ridiculous that the fitting rooms are still closed and we are in 2021. There are stores that allow us to try clothes on except them therefore covid can't be an excuse anymore! OPEN THE FITTING ROOMS!
Let me start by saying that I'm VERY skeptical with buying clothing online. So when I found Rainbow Stores online and their good prices, I thought there was a catch. Turns out, there wasn't.
I ordered 11 pieces of clothing that came to a total of $97 and change. Mostly rompers and tops. The clothing was true to size. The quality was not cheap. And the shipping was free because the order was over a certain price point.
Everything fit PERFECTLY. I have no complaints about the online site, but I can't vouch for the store, because I've never been. But if you're shopping online with Rainbow, you'll probably have no issues.
