I read a lot of questionable reviews and was skeptical about ordering from this place... so I placed a small$20/30 order to see how it went. Mind you, I literally live in the middle of nowhere and didn't expect to receive my order. But to my delight not only did I receive my order but it was fantastic! I did pay for expedited shipping and it came 2 days later than it should have but to be fair it was memorial day weekend. I will be placing a larger order with rainbow shops this week for work out gear. I'm plus size and people have no idea of the struggles to find cute clothes for us larger ladies, I'm so excited!
I placed an order online from rainbow on 6/4/24 and another order the following day 6/5/24 as of yet I still haven't received neither of my packages, my packages are being shipped by FedEx smartpost which is the slowest and worst shipping carrier method to use, and when I check the fedex tracking system the status says my packages are in ellenwood georgia facility and it has been there for over a week now and ellenwood georgia facility is the slowest and worst as well for any packages to go through, and now FedEx Smartpost has finally handed my packages over to USPS for delivery and the USPS shipping status says on one of my packages status that it's arriving late delivery date unknown and on my other package the status says that a label was created waiting on package from rainbow the shipper. I called rainbow customers service on 6/14/24 about this issue and the representative repeatedly talked rude nasty & unprofessional just because I asked her about the long wait time and I still don't have what I paid for and ordered online from this company, but my issue wasn't resolved by that nasty attitude individual so called representative. I will never buy anything else from this sleazy low classed unprofessional business again.
I returned 6 items I ordered as the fit was too small. Returned them the same day I received them, Nov. 25,2016. Called today, December 5,2016. I was told they just received the package today. 10 days later. Customer rep was so incredibly rude. Told me to just wait and don't be "impatient " and HUNG UP ON ME. I will NEVER buy from them again.
Visited Rainbow shops in McComb, Ms! Very unprofessional! Not a friendly setting for children they had music playing with vulgar language. One of the associates went to the back and picked up a plate a lunch ate it at the counter amongst customers as if they had no breakroom! Even cut on a tv show on her phone with explicit content. Made a complaint to the manager she seemed as she saw nothing wrong and stood behind them a 100%. I will never shop here again
I ordered a T-shirt two months ago and despite repeated emails to this company, the product was never delivered. Their repeated replies said the this item was on the way and gave us a bogus tracking number. I'd give this company a ZERO if I could. Best you shop elsewhere and avoid this company like the plague.

I am so aggrevated with the store on broad and Snyder. They are the laziest most unprofessional people i have seen. I go in there alot and spend alot well hundreds at a time is alot for this store. So I never tried or did exchange anything before its just not worth the time. But just now I did want to exchange a pair of denim shorts that were 20 bucks which I think is alot for ur store so they were too big I lost 30 lbs and I just looked horrible in them made me look even skinnier so they said no bc no receipt but any other store u only need it for return like cash back. This policy isn't fair at all. And BTW can't get same item bc I got the smallest size. So now I'm stuck with these and im not going to shop there anymore. I'm being treated unfairly and also they acted like I was bothering them. They gave me looks and were whispering to each other the whole thing was disgusting
I have never dealt with a store that didn't give you a store credit for the amount you paid. I understand it was after 30 days and couldn't get my money back... no problem, store credit is fine.
But... there is no where listed on return policy (that I could see) that tells you that if an item you want to return is on sale, you only get credit for the sale price not what you paid even if you have your receipt. They would end up keeping your money because the item is now on sale. If I paid $40.00 for an item and returned it with my receipt and said item is now marked down to $15.00 You only get $15 credit and they keep $25. I think that's absurd.
No more Rainbow for me.
So please ask about return policy, even though I did when I walked in the store and nothing was mentioned about not getting what you paid if item is on sale. I'm a 63 year old retiree and don't have extra money to give them. The nerve!
My kids spent their hard earned money on their order and got a shirt that was too small and then a dress that zipper was defective. When I called customer service the lady was rude and refused to let me talk to a manager saying there wasn't one. Then she tried to hang up on me while I was talking. I will never order from them again.
It seems the custom service departments hands are always tied and they can't do anything. The app kept loading and acting up so my daughter ended up with the wrong color shoes, they said the order was processing so it couldn't be canceled. So the shoes will be returned and I will not buy anymore because who's paying for the shipping? They know how to rip you off one way or another even if it's an issue with their app. Will not return!
This Brooklyn family run business is a bunch of thieves I shipped back over 15 items worth $350 and they refunded me $88! Now I have to call the bank and dispute the charges to correct their thievery stealing and incompetence

The Store setting is nice, clean, they have good deals, stylish clothes, nice shoes, nice bags, necklace, nice earrings, fancy phone case, body cream, perfume etc. It have almost everything there like Walmart. The workers there
Are nice, friendly and they give good service. Not all the workers at all the rainbow stores are nice read the review before going there thanks.

I bought the vacuum and agreed to the $2900 price. A month later I find out the company took out a $4000 loan under my name for the product. I did not consent to the $4000 loan for a vacuum. The company did not disclose that information. When I stated that i did not consent to the $4000 price and that they can take their machine back they stated they will not and that they will be putting it on my credit. Its a scam. Dont waste your money. You can get the whole system online for less than $1000.
Worst store ever! The employees there are rude. During the pendemic I lined up behind the person in front of me. Another customer came and stood at another tape line. They said nothing to this customer who just cut all standing in line. I then went and stood on another taped line. They told me I was on the wrong line. I should have been the next in line. This is where they got rude. Instead of telling the customer who cut in front of me and two others they said well too bad this Is the way it is. I put down my stuff and said fine I don't need this stuff and walked away. As we were leaving all three employees behind the register yelled bye in a rude way. Your store just lost a costumer. I am not going to pay for any product where you are treated so rudely. If I could give this store a 0 I would.
These incompetent clowns are giving ppl refunds in the form of store credit knowing customers CANT use it online! They are a bunch of scammers including the customer service department and the manager BEA who refuses to call me back to resolve my issue!
My disabled sister became sick in the store, I asked for a bottle of water they had clearly a new bottle of water on the counter they told me no but I can go for stores down to buy one I explained it was an emergency by that point she was passing out on the bench they still didn't help me I wouldn't bought the water came back. The little cashier started arguing with me over the transaction stating " I am a grown man, I own my own house I own my own car I am a grown man". If I wasn't already so frustrated it would've been funny, or even cute that little guy kept saying that he owns his everything. The entire situation like to store on St. Clair in Cleveland Ohio just silly and ridiculous!
I am not a fan of how the managers treat their employees. The employees should be treated better. Bosses should be more respectful because lets face with out them the managers will struggle, and then with managers struggling say goodbye to the buisness especially at the fall river store.
The customer service I received from Marianna and Alexis at the rainbow store in San Bernardino was perfect. The patience and time giving when helping with finding shoes and exchanging clothing items was awesome. I will definitely be a returning customer
I placed an order online on February 15,2019, it is now March 13th and I still don't have my order. Each week that I contact their customer service I al told it's in transit. Finally in frustration I called and spoke with the customer service supervisor (Sharon) and she said essentially the same thing all of the others have said, she would put a trace on the package and if it can't be found, they will issue a refund. How long you ask? ANOTHER 9 DAYS! $154 worth of clothing folks. I will NEVER shop with this store again.
This store is awful. I had never been there before but my friend suggested it so I went last night and I got my friend something for her bachelorette party but their sizing runs super small so I went back today to exchange it for anther size and they refused to take it! Seriously.?! I was just there last night and it was the same lady working the register. She told me you can't return or exchange bras, but how was I supposed to know that?! NO ONE told me that and the receipt doesn't say a freaking thing about it. I explained to her that I never even put it on because it was for a friend, but she refused. So now I'm out of my money and I can't even give it to my friend! Never returning here again!
We were in USA doing some shopping and decided to go into Rainbow. The male clerk treated us as though we were thieves. Following us around and making us very uncomfortable and not helpful. What kind of treatment is this when you're trying to shop? We left. Not an enjoyable shopping experience at all. I'm not sure what this clerk was thinking. We were there to shop, NOT steal! I don't think this location will last long! YOU DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!
First of all I will say I love the store and I love the clothes, which is why I'm really disappointed about their policy. I bought a pair of pants that I absolutely loved. I went to wash them for the first time and they ripped, a lot! I took the pants back to the store to see if I could just EXCHANGE them. When the girl asked about the tags I said I forgot it but I will go back and get it if I need to. Her co-worker said once the tag is removed that they can't do anything. She also blamed my washer, but maybe it was poorly made clothing? I'm not sure how many people wear clothes straight from the rack, but I prefer to wash them first. Well, if you go online and look at their RETURN policy it says it must be in its original condition and tags must be attached? Again, all I wanted to do was EXCHANGE them. NOwhere could I find anything that said it had to be in the original condition and tags attached... just to EXCHANGE? Huge disappointment!
I give three stars because I mostly got three genres of clothes on my recent visit. The heavy clerks could have been more patient and I could have gotten an extra 10% off of my purchase. It is what it is though, I still saved! Harbison Location.
I ordered 4 items of clothing 1 size up then I normally wear and it all fit. Shipped in a resonable amount of time and very pleased with the product. Keep in mind you get what you pay for so don't be shocked meteral is thin and I wear a cammy under my tops, the leggings are equal to others. I was pleased and will order from them again. I do not know how well they handle problems, I did not have any. Recommend!
This company is terrible. They dont deliver the products. I have waited over a month. They keep saying its because of high valume. I have ow asked for my money back.

Today, I got delivered a wrong saree, which I've ordered for my mother why is why I couldn't fulfill her choice so yes! I'm willing for my to bd refunded & get this product as it's too of a very bad quality! I ordered my products a week ago was told my package would be here Friday then Monday it's now wed 12/13 and fed ex web site says it's out for delivery today 12/11...what the f#@k!. The customer service representatives were EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY LACKED THE KNOWLEDGE NEEDED TO EFFECTIVELY DO THEIR JOBS! I will NEVER EVER order anything from them again. Then I cant even get a refund until fed ex explains to Rainbow where my package is. None of this is my fault as the consumer yet im being penalized as if it is. Retail or online I will never shop with them again. RUDE $#*! PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES! HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!

The representatives that answer the phone are dumb and rude. She lacked the KNOWLEDGE needed to do her job effectively rather than say she didnt know she hung up on me. Something you should never do to a paying customer. The reason you have job is because we shop at these stores remember that the next time you hang up on a paying customer.
