I read a lot of questionable reviews and was skeptical about ordering from this place... so I placed a small$20/30 order to see how it went. Mind you, I literally live in the middle of nowhere and didn't expect to receive my order. But to my delight not only did I receive my order but it was fantastic! I did pay for expedited shipping and it came 2 days later than it should have but to be fair it was memorial day weekend. I will be placing a larger order with rainbow shops this week for work out gear. I'm plus size and people have no idea of the struggles to find cute clothes for us larger ladies, I'm so excited!
I placed an order online from rainbow on 6/4/24 and another order the following day 6/5/24 as of yet I still haven't received neither of my packages, my packages are being shipped by FedEx smartpost which is the slowest and worst shipping carrier method to use, and when I check the fedex tracking system the status says my packages are in ellenwood georgia facility and it has been there for over a week now and ellenwood georgia facility is the slowest and worst as well for any packages to go through, and now FedEx Smartpost has finally handed my packages over to USPS for delivery and the USPS shipping status says on one of my packages status that it's arriving late delivery date unknown and on my other package the status says that a label was created waiting on package from rainbow the shipper. I called rainbow customers service on 6/14/24 about this issue and the representative repeatedly talked rude nasty & unprofessional just because I asked her about the long wait time and I still don't have what I paid for and ordered online from this company, but my issue wasn't resolved by that nasty attitude individual so called representative. I will never buy anything else from this sleazy low classed unprofessional business again.

I bought a nice pair of highwaisted 3 button pants and they fit perfect BUT the first time I washed and dried them they shrank in the length nowhere else just the length they now go to about bellow my knees I'm not impressed I loved those pants now I can't wear them and I have only word them one time and the employees were not very nice either
Bad review for the fact of attendants started following me because the fitting room wasn't working and I wanted to measure my legs with the clothes that I wanted to buy. It was terrible
I noticed if I go to a Rainbow in a ghetto area the clothes are cheap and trashy, if I go to a rainbow in a high income area the clothes are high-end. Remember that ladies.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I was waiting in line to check out and when it was time for the Cashier to check me out, he said he was closed. I asked why he waited until it was time to check me out to say he was closed, and he said that he did not need to answer me, and I needed to go to another register. Well, the other register had several people in line. There were even people behind me as no one really knew he was closing his register. I asked him again why he could not just check me out since he knew I had been in his line for almost 10 minutes. He began shouting at me and berating me. I asked for the manager upon which he stated that he was the manager. I told him that I was not going to let him talk to me like that. Another customer, listening to what was transpiring, told me that I should not waste time talking to him. I then went to the next register. When it was time for the Cashier to ring up my items, He told her not to service me. I had to leave as now no one was allowed to ring me up. This is the worst manager I have ever encountered. No customer service and no company loyalty as he did not even care if the company lost money. I realize employees are currently hard to find but I can honestly say that almost anyone would be better than this manager. I don't write a lot of reviews but felt compelled to submit this one.

I have been looking for a site to complain to besides the company so that customers can see this company does not solve any of your problems. On April 10th 2021 I placed an order for 12 dresses totaling $115.41 I never received anything saying when my dresses were arriving so on April 23rd 2021 I happen to look on the email order receipt because I thought that it was strange that I have not received anything, no email, no text, anything telling me about my order. So I looked at the one email that I received when I ordered the dresses and it said that my dresses had been delivered a week prior on April 16th 2021. Needless to say I was very upset. I had not received any notifications about the delivery. I do not blame rainbow 100% because they did not steal my dresses but I do blame them because if I had been notified I could have been looking out for the package, now I am out $115.41 and I have no dresses and I am very upset. I filed a complaint with Rainbow shops and they said that they are going to get back to me in 4 days. It's been over a week and I have not gotten any correspondence about the case, BUT they send advertisements about new clothing though. But no apology no anything. DO NOT buy from Rainbow shops online because they will not resolve your issue if you have one. At the lease, Rainbow Shops could have issued an apology. Hopefully one day will get it together & take a note from Amazon who let's you know when they're going to deliver your package. I only gave 1 * because I had to... I would have given them no stars if I could have.

I bought several items from the store and I am very pleased with the purchase and the service I received.
I've been buying clothes at Rainbow for 25 years. Recently I ordered off the website for the first time. I wasn't concerned if anything did not fit since the website said I could return to the store and avoid the return shipping. As it turned out one type of shirt I ordered was much shorter than expected, so I needed to return them. The other basic tee shirts which I have bought in the past fit well as I thought it would. The problem was in the past these basic tees were always made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. That is also what it says on the website. They were not. They are now made with 57% cotton, 38% polyester and 5% spandex. Sadly, I now needed to return everything. When I got to the store, they said they could only give me store credit because I used paypal. If I sent it back by mail I could get a refund, but then I'd be charged $7 for the return shipping. I took the store credit as I only had 7 days to do the return. Rainbow shops has essentially stolen $54 from me that they will not refund. It is trapped on a store credit that I do not want to use. The clothing I bought and had to return had false descriptions of the material they were made from on the website. That alone should be enough for any decent vendor to apologize for their mistakes and refund my money. The website also said nothing about not being able to get a refund at the stores if you used paypal. This was only on the invoice sent in the mail with the order. I will never shop at Rainbow again. I will spend the next few weeks making sure every place I can review, gets a review. This was false advertising by Rainbow and their lack of caring to fix the problem only makes it more appalling. I want to make sure that everyone know about the paypal scam on Rainbow to keep your money.

Ordered $175 worth of clothes and shoes. All looked really cute on the app that i ordered from. Delivery took way longer than what was supposedly "Premium shipping". What a joke, just use standard. Clothes came with stains, holes, and one pair of shoes looked like they had already been worn. I thought "Oh well, I'll just sew the hole *i shouldn't have to do that with a brand new shirt*, wipes off the stain on the shoe, and try to wash the stain away. I wash all my new clothes by choice so washing wasn't a problem. All what i felt were minor issue *I* could deal with. The major issue that caused me to literally return every piece of clothes and shoes i ordered was the fact about 10 items came with cancer warning labels. The State of California makes companies give notice if a product has harmful chemical that could cause cancer. I knew this already for other items, but never for my clothes! For Gods sake! Why do my brand new shirts say warning this product contains LEAD! And also another chemical i forgot to write down before i returned everything! The worst part is when i called customer service she pretty much was like "oh yeah we *Rainbow stores* know about that. The State of California makes us *Rainbow stores* do that if a product contains chemicals or whatever. You don't live in California do you?"
Me: "Yes i do, and why does it say it contain lead?"
Rainbow customer service: "Oh yeah but its just a label about lead, it can't hurt you."
Me: "Ummm. Yes it can hurt me. The label say "can cause cancer or birth defects."
Rainbow customer service: "Oh that's weird"...*phone call ends*

Like really? So did she really just hang up on me when I asked about harmful chemicals on Rainbows clothing products that can make people SICK?! Never again. Rainbow lost a long time customer. Zero stars in my opinion. Also, the so called supervisor, manager, or whoever she is Sharon is extremely rude, loud and has a bad attitude. It took about 4 phone calls to reach a decent customer service representative because they were all rude as well. One hang up in my face.
