I read a lot of questionable reviews and was skeptical about ordering from this place... so I placed a small$20/30 order to see how it went. Mind you, I literally live in the middle of nowhere and didn't expect to receive my order. But to my delight not only did I receive my order but it was fantastic! I did pay for expedited shipping and it came 2 days later than it should have but to be fair it was memorial day weekend. I will be placing a larger order with rainbow shops this week for work out gear. I'm plus size and people have no idea of the struggles to find cute clothes for us larger ladies, I'm so excited!
I placed an order online from rainbow on 6/4/24 and another order the following day 6/5/24 as of yet I still haven't received neither of my packages, my packages are being shipped by FedEx smartpost which is the slowest and worst shipping carrier method to use, and when I check the fedex tracking system the status says my packages are in ellenwood georgia facility and it has been there for over a week now and ellenwood georgia facility is the slowest and worst as well for any packages to go through, and now FedEx Smartpost has finally handed my packages over to USPS for delivery and the USPS shipping status says on one of my packages status that it's arriving late delivery date unknown and on my other package the status says that a label was created waiting on package from rainbow the shipper. I called rainbow customers service on 6/14/24 about this issue and the representative repeatedly talked rude nasty & unprofessional just because I asked her about the long wait time and I still don't have what I paid for and ordered online from this company, but my issue wasn't resolved by that nasty attitude individual so called representative. I will never buy anything else from this sleazy low classed unprofessional business again.
When I came across Allthingsrainbow, I immediately fell in love with the beautiful and unusual pieces of clothing. When I first ordered there, three out of four things arrived. I was still waiting for the last item, but it didn't come. I contacted email customer service and they simply refunded me for the missing item of clothing with no explanation whatsoever. Can happen. I gave the shop another chance because they offer really really nice things. The things that have arrived look nice in reality and are of acceptable quality. The pair of earrings looked a little different in reality than on the product picture, but they are still beautiful and I love wearing them. A few months later, I ordered a second time from Allthingsrainbow. I ordered a skirt, a pair of earrings and three crop tops. One of the three crop tops was refunded. The skirt and earrings arrived after a couple of weeks. A little later one of the two crop tops arrived. I waited a while for the last thing I ordered to finally arrive. I waited and waited before l contacted customer service again. I was told that there are delivery problems and that they do not know where the package is at the moment. Let's see if it still arrives at some point or not. They refunded me the money for it and they apologized for this shopping experience. As I said, Allthingsrainbow offers very aesthetic clothing that fits my style exactly. But unfortunately I won't be ordering there anymore because I find it very disappointing that you look forward to the arrival of all the products in your order, but then at least one product always doesn't arrive. And if I hadn't contacted Allthingsrainbow, they would have just kept the money. At the end of the day, of course, I always recommend making your own experiences with it, but I just wanted to let you know that shopping at the Allthingsrainbow online shop can be fraught with complications.
Rainbow is my favorite store. The clothes are according to my taste at a reasonable price at convenient locations. You can buy everything from panties, brass, pijamas, to a business outfit with purse and accessories? I even have my niece from Germany hooked on the Rainbow stores. When she visits, she always wants to go to rainbow every single day. I am a loyal shopper at Rainbow. I shop for my entire family Once a month at rainbow. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years in Memphis TN, and will continue to shop there once a month. My last visit wasn't what I am used to. I went for a return. I had my bag in my hand. I had just stepped in the door, where the sales associate approached me in a degrading way with her hand out waving with her fingers to hand over my rainbow bag since it needs to be with her while I look for an exchange. She was very rude and demanding. I wasn't even sure if I wanted to return the item until I found something else. She spoke real loud and as I stated earlier, she had her hand out. I had my son take it to my car, until I was ready for the return or exchange. As I waited in line, I saw a few other people with rainbow bags shopping. One customer stood in line with her rainbow bag and also with new items, which means she was shopping while in possession of her bag with pending return. Obviously she was a friend of the sales associate, as I observed them laughing and talking about personal affairs. When I asked her why her friend wasn't asked for the bag, she got loud and said it is policy and she will ask everybody for their bags because it is policy. Then she was talking to another friend that was in the store very loud about me asking about this matter.
I have been ordering from rainbow shops.com for a about 4 years now I have had many problems in the past but continued to order because I do like the clothes they have if you choose the right pieces not all of their clothing is good quality. About 6 months ago I placed an order online and it never came when I contacted customer care I was told that I would receive a call back and the call never came I was really busy and life so I just kind of gave up and let them steal for me. About 3 weeks ago I placed 2 orders on their online website and I still have not received them. Today is August 2nd 2020 my items were supposed to be delivered July 21st 2020. I contacted customer care 2 days after my order was supposed to arrive because I knew they would argue with me to wait a few more days. It was a Thursday when I contacted customer care and she told me that I should have my items by Friday and if I haven't received them Friday that I should give them a call back she also said that I would hear from someone from customer care by Friday which I knew was a lie because I've heard that before. It's now Sunday and I've been calling them since Friday with no answer because no one is picking up I guess it's because of the Corona virus. Finally I get a call back today after requesting one through their automated system and I will tell you each and every rainbow customer care representative is rude this is not my 1st time speaking with these people and it's not the same person it's a different person each time they are all rude. And on top of everything else, I'm getting a new story to day that That what I was told on Thursday was not true it takes 3 to 5 business days to receive a call back in I asked to speak to a supervisor she sold me that I would have to receive a call back from the supervisor in that would take 24 to 72 hours. They make you jump through so many holes to get A refund so you will just give up and I have done that before but I'm getting my money back this time and I will never shop with them again
Cashier scanned 8 pair of kids shorts on my receipt and out of those 8 she double scanned 1/8 and put my 8th pair in the bag without scanning it so the one she double scanned I only had one of the particular upc number so instead of scanning the 8th pair she didn't scan she double scanned another pair I had one of so when I went to refund all 8 pair she out in my bag it looks like I only brought back 7/8 when she's the one made the mistake so the manager Sharita at 5751 Main Street north in Jax. FL ******* told me she can't refund the 8th pair because it's not in my bag that her cashier bagged up and handed to me that same day I purchased the shorts which never gotten taken out of my car because when I went back the next day to get my money back for that 8th pair she told me I took a extra pair from their store when I showed her the pair that her cashier double scanned before I left getting my refund that same day... so if I got charged for 8 pair and I showed that store mgr. The pair I got double scanned for why can't I get my refund because she claims I stole a extra pair but the regional mgr not the store has contacted me back yet about the issue which happened a week ago if they feel I really stole from them they would have called the police right!?
I purchased several items online from them. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to. Great start! Of all the items I purchased (approximately 8 in all) a jumpsuit I ordered was a little big on me, so I simply reordered a smaller size because Rainbow does allow online items to be returned to their stores for exhange or refund, depending on how long it takes you to return it. I received the smaller size and it was perfect. I took the other one back to their store, located at 2701 S. W. College rd, Ocala Florida, store #*******. I had my receipt/ packing slip and the tag that was attached to the jumpsuit. I walked up to the counter and told the sales girl that I needed to return the item. I handed her everything I had and she proceeded to type away on her computer, never once making eye contact, or even speaking. After a few minutes she requested my credit card, so she could refund my money to the card, which by the way can take days to credit back to the card. I told her at that point that I simply wanted to pick out something else in exchange. She replied to me, sarcastically, and I quote, "Honey, you said you were returning the item, not exchanging it". Really!?! First of all, I'm NOT her "Honey", second, perhaps if she would have ASKED me what I wanted to do in the first place, instead of assuming what I, the CUSTOMER, wanted, there wouldn't have been any confusion at all. This girl and her coworker were very rude and unfriendly to both my mother and I who, by the way, spent more than what my return was worth in the first place. Overall my experience wasn't horrible. I was happy with my items. I was not happy with the in-store customer service. Very unprofessional, uncomfortable and aggravating experience!

Rainbow Shops are dedicated to themselves in scamming online customers. DO NOT GIVE YOUR NONEY TO THIS COMPANY!
Their customer service is NON EXISTENT. THEY LACK EMPATHY AND OFFER NO RESOLUTION TO THE CONSUMER'S PROBLEM... WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
