I have ordered from them three times. One time I shipped to store and the other two came to my house - all were extremely fast with reasonable shipping charges. Ordered a shirt. I am so disappointed in the quality. You can practically see through it. Don't waste your money. I have contacted the company, with no response. I don't know how this place stays in business.

Dont ever buy online from Rally House. I ordered a Large and they sent me a XXL. I returned it to the store but the store cant refund shipping since it was an online purchase. They told me to call customer service and they would refund it no problem. Well customer service said I needed to send them a picture of proof that they sent me the wrong size. Duh the shirt is in the store now, and they have the proof. After a 15 minute phone call talking to managers, they still said I wasnt getting my $7.99 back from their own mistake. So they stole $8 from me and I dont even have the shirt that I wanted.
Supposedly had the items, so I paid for 1-day shipping, then they were NEVER shipped. No one answers the customer service line or responds to the e-mails asking to confirm my CREDIT. I can not add a picture, since NOTHING was ever delivered.

I really never give bad reviews. I tend to just move on, but this did it for me. I ordered a yard sign for my soon to be college freshman. Weeks later, it still hadn't shipped, so I called and cancelled it and would order elsewhere. I didn't receive an email or refund, so I called again. The guy I spoke with tried to talk me out of cancelling (so obviously the first rep did not cancel it) and assured me it would ship soon. No he didn't cancel it either. The next day I received a shipping notification. Looked and still not cancelled. 3 days later I receive the yard sign. It's crushed in the box, half-assed printed, colors ran on the cardboard, missing letters and a printer tread mark all across the entire front of it. I'm ticked and telling you, this company has so many bad reviews, I should have gone elsewhere.
Rally House is DISHONEST. The apparel on their website looks nice and something you would wear. What is delivered is completely different. Think CRAP. Think the cheapest cotton you can imagine and would never wear. My shirts came from the sweatshops of Mexico, Peru, and Pakistan, yes, those MECCAs of retail quality. What a waste of money. It's hard to believe that they would have any repeat customers. You have been warned.

I ordered two items from their website on 12/5. One item was a personalized gift and the other was not. The item that was not personalized shipped 5 days later on 12/10 and the personalized gift shipped on 12/13. I received the personalized gift on 12/15 and it was scratched, damaged and defective. I never did, to this day, receive the item that was not personalized, despite it shipping out before the personalized item. Numerous text messages to their customer support line and calls to their customer support line were not fruitful and only yielded a, "Sorry, we can't help you because we shipped it out and the postal service lost it" response. What kind of company doesn't take it upon themselves to ensure their customer receives their product (properly) and make it right when THEIR PREFERRED SHIPPING VENDOR makes an error? I'll tell you what kind of company. This one. Rally House is awful and does not deserve a dime of any customer's hard earned money. I will now fund a new Christmas gift because theirs was 1) defective and 2) the other? Who knows where? Rally House doesn't and they don't give a damn that they don't either. Stay away from giving this corporation your dollars at all cost because you will regret it should it be a sentimental gift or just one you expect to, I don't know, receive and gift. Rally House has it made it clear that is too much to ask from them.

I was at ralley house in Overland Park Kansas and I saw a worker named Zach vaping secretly around the store and was very disrespectful and had no interest in helping me and my family. He set a bad example for my children and when I got in the car they asked why there was smoke coming out his mouth. This is just absurd
Placed an order online. The next day they send an email saying they canceled my order and that the item was out of stock. No reach out to see if I would take a different color or design.
I called customer service and they were rude and unhelpful. Said I would I would have to place a new order that would not ship out until Monday?
Would not give me backer mayfield socks. 14 pairs on the shelf. Charles fault. $#*! charles. The Kenwood store was horrible. He gave me death and bomb threats. Please remove this dangerous employee

I will NEVER AGAIN order from this company. I ordered an item on 12/12/2023; it processed on 12/13.
The item DID NOT SHIP until 12/21...and will not be delivered until DECEMBER 28th? Paying a FLAT FEE of $8 for shipping SHOULD get it here within three days.
Their website did have a disclaimer blaming the delivery service for delays, but my opinion will stand that the slow processing on their part is the problem.
Their customer service is less than POOR. I went through their chat system and was told they would respond within three hours. I waited seven and then received a bot response that the message was in the queue. I never received a response until today saying the item had shipped

Bought an $80 Shirt for a gift, was washed once and material "pulled"
