I have ordered from them three times. One time I shipped to store and the other two came to my house - all were extremely fast with reasonable shipping charges. I mean, even during the holidays, I was stunned at how fast it arrived. For being licensed products, there are great deals, a wide variety and a very user-friendly website

Overpriced and takes way too long to ship your order. Order from July 29th didn't get processed until August 7th and then an estimated August 22nd delivery date.
This has been a complete nightmare. All I want is the Nike velocity style men's shirt. I want it in large. Within the large category, on their website, are three choices regarding fit. Classic, normal, and athletic fit. That doesn't seem too difficult to understand does it? The customer service reps have no idea that athletic fit is completely different than the other two options. I know this personally because I have had to return five shirts back to them because i didn't know myself, until I realized that they are different sizes within the subcategory of large. So when I asked if they had any more "athletic fit" style, they don't know anything. They just send me a link with a shirt and it doesn't specify athletic fit. I give up with these people absolutely horrible. Five different times I've had to return clothes after my initial order was perfect, which was selected by me as an athletix fit. Athletic fit look it up dumbasses!

Purchased a Penn State pint glass. Second time washing it the decals started sliding off. Less than a month later I have a plain, no logos, pint glass. I wrote to customer service and they didn't reply. To add insult to injury I just got an email asking me to leave a review... but when I click on Write a Review NOTHING HAPPENS. They're a bunch of crooks!

I ordered from them and waited two weeks in vain. No response what so ever. Tried contacting them through their number and website and no luck. Finally after multiple tries I was able to get through on the chat feature only to speak with someone from a call center in another part of the world who did not understand anything I Was saying, they just keep repeating the same thing, "Your order has been cancelled, sorry I do not have any more information", until they personally cut me off. They just repeated the same thing until they claimed they had given me response and cut the line. Then I was given NO refund at all and no email still even after waiting another two weeks. I Had to do a reverse charge with my bank. If anyone wants real results I would suggest making an effort to contact the CEO or Any higher up beyond the call centers. The higher ups relax and chill while the poor call centers get all the heat while barely understanding the situation. You have been warned consumer..

Received email confirming my order of 3 shirts was ready. When I arrived at the store they gave me a bag with 2 shirts they didn't even notice one was missing I did. They did not have the third shirt so I got the refund for all 3 I'm not taking any of their crap and their customer service sucks.
I bought a $60 sweatshirt. Upon washing it for the first time the inside label deteriorated, covering the black sweatshirt with white lint. The sweatshirt was ruined. Because I washed it, didn't have the tags on it no refund or exchange option offer. There was clearly a defect and I just wanted to exchange. No contact or resolution was offered despite photos and bringing into the store. I was so disappointed in the level of quality and customer service. It will certainly change my opinion and will NOT be shopping at Rally House.
Purchased a New Era 39 Thirty NBA cap through this waste of a seller... boy was that a mistake! I basically paid 35 bucks for a cap I could have bought at a Ross for a quarter of the price! The quality sucks. The box looked like it fell from a plane and the cap was badly damaged when it arrived.
Since receiving it I have been battling with there joke of a customer service department, which is basically non existent!
Do NOT waste your time or money on Rally House. Please shop elsewhere. I promise you will thank me later.

I will not be ordering from this site again & will definitely not recommend to anyone! I ordered 2 quarter zips on Dec.8 & the website assured me that as long as the order was placed by Dec. 12, I would get it by Christmas. I find out on Christmas Eve that my order will not be here until the 26th! These are Christmas gifts that should have been here. I am waiting for a representative to contact me. I expect a substantial additional discount or I will be returning the entire purchase. I would think twice before ordering from Rally House next year at the holidays or for any event that requires a time limit.
I ordered an item on January 3, and Rally House charged my credit card immediately. After 6 days, the item never shipped. They claimed that it wasn't their fault because it was a third party vendor shipping the item. Yet they had my money. Then they claimed that I had to understand that the holidays had something to do with it. January 3-9. Right. And they still had my money. They continued to argue with me. They broke two cardinal rules of business. 1) the customer is always right, and 2) the company should do whatever they need to do in order to generate customer satisfaction. Example: Amazon! The customer service rep was rude and had an attitude. And the rep basically said that the executive team agreed with how the customer service was going. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!

I don't need the drama of this company's stupid customer service representatives who claim that their executive team is more interested in giving a refund than trying to save their business. Other reviews I've read are similar plus other customers claim the products are grossly overpriced. I should have done my research on this company first.

I ordered glasses and one arrived broken. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Took two hours to get a response via text. They don't have a phone number. Was unable to replace the item and CHARGED ME $7.99 to ship it back. Do Not Shop Here.

They take nice pictures and lead you to believe a product is something that it's not. For example I thought I was buying a full-size Dallas Stars logo hockey puck based on the image, price, and description. When in reality i got an expensive tiny black piece of round plastic (about the size of a quarter) with a Dallas stars sticker on it. It's crazy that this company is still in business scamming people like this.

I recently ordered a size medium sweat pants - it provided waist size but not length. How long could "medium" be - so I ordered. Well, I'm 5'11' and it was 3"+ too long. So, if you are not 6'2", your not a medium. The return process pain level is sufficent to not bother. I chalked it up to learning experience - lesson learned - don't buy anything from Rally House

I was shopping in your Exton Pa. Store today. While there, I saw and heard a male talk to two separate women like they where complete morons, literally 10 ft from me. I would never speak to any person like that, let alone an employee. So I go on their website to find this manager of the store and find out it is the COO of the entire company, and the women are the manager and assistant. Manager. I walked out of the store because it made me sick. No one should ever be spoken to like that. I am amazed that a company I love to shop at would employ such an ignorant person. If there are issues within, it should not be handled in front of customers.

Rally house is in my guess the worse possible run franchise There is on the planet. 1 no military discount. Not that us Vets beg or want hand outs we don't. However it would be nice if a company honored veterans which they do not. Without veterans their would be no rally house period. 2 customer service is horrendous. When u order on line one cannot get instant credit takes 4 days to receive payment.cannot order in the store. We put people on the battle field but can't order a shirt in the store. Bought 2 items for Christmas a garden flag and a Sugar Skull. Both were shipped the same time. I received the garden flag in time for Christmas. I received the Sugar Skull December 27th and the person it was for is now out of state.

He rang up my t- shirts and the was pretty much it. There was no small talk, or whether I found what I came in for. The last time I was there, the salesperson didn't even want to take the time to help me find what I was searching for. I was looking for shirts that were titled alumni. This time another associate did help me. His name was Muncy. Other than him, it was not a great shopping experience. I will not be back. Your sales people should be nicer. They are not.

You need to train your people better!! The customer service in your store is nonexistent! It’s terrrible. I spent 100 dollars and the guy didn’t even blink, or much less care. Your customers shouldn’t be taken for granted. I mean think about it, there a lot of places we all could go
to buy t-shirts. Boscov’s sells this stuff too. Their prices are even a bit better than yours. You can buy online. Your business isn’t a necessity. Therefore, I would think your salespeople should be more aware.

I placed an order in early December for a Detroit Red Wings shirt and my order arrived rather quickly. However, it wasn't even close to the correct item. I looked at the return section on their website and saw they deduct $7.99 from your refund when you make a return. Well, that's not exactly fair when they are the reason for the return. I did a live chat to see if I could get a full refund and was told I could return it for free and they would give me free shipping on my next order. I got the free shipping email but never got an email with the return label. I did another chat 4 days later and again asked if I would be penalized $7.99 for their mistake and again was told I would not and the return would be free. A few days after sending my package back I had an email that I had been refunded. And you guessed it, they deducted $7.99 from my refund. So basically they charged for wasting my time. This was my first and last time ordering from this place.
I ordered and paid expedited shipping and got a confirmation. Next email says they are out of the 1/2 of my order that is on sale but the full priced items have shipped. Great. I don't need 1/2 of my order, I need all of it. So now I have 1/2 of an order coming and I have to deal with a return. So thanks for the chore Rally House, you suck.

ZERO STARS! I bought a college t-shirt at Rally House. The first time I washed it the stitching came apart and the collar of the shirt came off! I took it back to Rally House to exchange it for the exact same shirt. The employee asked if I had my receipt, I said no since I had washed it. Then, she asked if I had it on my email. The employee that rang up the sale did not ask for my email so the receipt was not on my email. Beware! That's how they get you! She said they could not return it without a receipt. I understand that because I worked retail. All I wanted was to exchange it for the exact same shirt. She said no we could not exchange it without a receipt. I no longer shop at Rally House! $#*!'s Sporting Goods and Academy are much better at exchanges and customer service. It is clear that Rally House does not care about customer satisfaction or your business! Shop somewhere the business cares about customer satisfaction.
I ordered a Washington Redskins 3D stadium plaque and received a Washington Commanders version. I realize there was a name change, but their site specifically listed the plaque as a Redskins version and nowhere on the site did it state "due to the recent name change we will only send a Commanders version" I called and left a voicemail with no response. I emailed them, with no response, and used their website's Chat feature and was told I would here something soon, now it's been over a week with no luck.

Site says 120 day return period but they don't respond to a refund request, so the 120 day period is useless.
Placed an order, charged my PayPal account, and then received an email saying the items I ordered were out of stock and that I'd receive a full refund. Checked my PayPal and they refunded less then half of the full amount. Customer service is horrible, impossible to get through to anyone on the phone and then when I finally did, they said I needed to text and send proof of my PayPal refund showing it wasn't the full amount. Spent days trying to get through to someone via text and they still shorted me 53 cents of the full amount. Will never attempt to order from them again.
This is the first negative review I have ever written. Rally House customer service is awful. I ordered a jersey for my daughter on black Friday and the address they sent it to was incorrect. I tracked the package and could have picked it up at the wrong post office but I could not get through to customer service. Nobody followed up on the chat, nobody returned my text, nobody called back when I left my number. So the order was cancelled. I gave them grace and tried again and this time I ordered on 12/15/23 and it said it was shipped and a label was created at USPS but the item never went to the post office. I started reaching out to customer service on 12/20/23 and again all the customer service methods did not work and finally on 1/4/24 a representative got back to me and said sorry we are out of stock I will cancel everything and give you a refund. I asked if they could do anything for me or honor the sale price when the item was back in stock and they said no. So I wasted a month and a half and could have ordered somewhere else. Rally house is typically overpriced and quality isn't always great but this experience will be the last time I order anything from Rally House. A company shows its true colors when something doesn't go right and they showed me they don't really care about their customers. Moving on and I hope this helps someone else in the future. I should have read all the negative reviews before ordering.

Extremely disappointed that I had to pay the price increase between the time of a December Christmas gift purchase and an exchange in early February for the EXACT SAME SHIRT (swapping a medium for a large). I even called customer service and they said this was their policy. POOR POLICY!
