Placed an order, charged my PayPal account, and then received an email saying the items I ordered were out of stock and that I'd receive a full refund. Checked my PayPal and they refunded less then half of the full amount. Customer service is horrible, impossible to get through to anyone on the phone and then when I finally did, they said I needed to text and send proof of my PayPal refund showing it wasn't the full amount. Spent days trying to get through to someone via text and they still shorted me 53 cents of the full amount. Will never attempt to order from them again.

Epic fail for Christmas
December 27, 2023

Bought 2 items for Christmas a garden flag and a Sugar Skull. Both were shipped the same time. I received the garden flag in time for Christmas. I received the Sugar Skull December 27th and the person it was for is now out of state.

Complete garbage! Don't waste your money!

Purchased a New Era 39 Thirty NBA cap through this waste of a seller... boy was that a mistake! I basically paid 35 bucks for a cap I could have bought at a Ross for a quarter of the price! The quality sucks. The box looked like it fell from a plane and the cap was badly damaged when it arrived.
Since receiving it I have been battling with there joke of a customer service department, which is basically non existent!
Do NOT waste your time or money on Rally House. Please shop elsewhere. I promise you will thank me later.

I ordered from them and waited two weeks in vain. No response what so ever. Tried contacting them through their number and website and no luck. Finally after multiple tries I was able to get through on the chat feature only to speak with someone from a call center in another part of the world who did not understand anything I Was saying, they just keep repeating the same thing, "Your order has been cancelled, sorry I do not have any more information", until they personally cut me off. They just repeated the same thing until they claimed they had given me response and cut the line. Then I was given NO refund at all and no email still even after waiting another two weeks. I Had to do a reverse charge with my bank. If anyone wants real results I would suggest making an effort to contact the CEO or Any higher up beyond the call centers. The higher ups relax and chill while the poor call centers get all the heat while barely understanding the situation. You have been warned consumer..

This is the first negative review I have ever written. Rally House customer service is awful. I ordered a jersey for my daughter on black Friday and the address they sent it to was incorrect. I tracked the package and could have picked it up at the wrong post office but I could not get through to customer service. Nobody followed up on the chat, nobody returned my text, nobody called back when I left my number. So the order was cancelled. I gave them grace and tried again and this time I ordered on 12/15/23 and it said it was shipped and a label was created at USPS but the item never went to the post office. I started reaching out to customer service on 12/20/23 and again all the customer service methods did not work and finally on 1/4/24 a representative got back to me and said sorry we are out of stock I will cancel everything and give you a refund. I asked if they could do anything for me or honor the sale price when the item was back in stock and they said no. So I wasted a month and a half and could have ordered somewhere else. Rally house is typically overpriced and quality isn't always great but this experience will be the last time I order anything from Rally House. A company shows its true colors when something doesn't go right and they showed me they don't really care about their customers. Moving on and I hope this helps someone else in the future. I should have read all the negative reviews before ordering.

Wrong size

Wtf. Rally house can't even put the right size hat in a box and ship. Will never buy from here again. Don't waste your time just shop somewhere else. -5 star review. Only clicked one star because there is no negative rating

Supposedly had the items, so I paid for 1-day shipping, then they were NEVER shipped. No one answers the customer service line or responds to the e-mails asking to confirm my CREDIT. I can not add a picture, since NOTHING was ever delivered.

If you can prevent shopping here, I would absolutely do so. This company is an absolute pathetic excuse for a proper commerce exchange, especially around Christmas time. I ordered two items from their website on 12/5. One item was a personalized gift and the other was not. The item that was not personalized shipped 5 days later on 12/10 and the personalized gift shipped on 12/13. I received the personalized gift on 12/15 and it was scratched, damaged and defective. I never did, to this day, receive the item that was not personalized, despite it shipping out before the personalized item. Numerous text messages to their customer support line and calls to their customer support line were not fruitful and only yielded a, "Sorry, we can't help you because we shipped it out and the postal service lost it" response. What kind of company doesn't take it upon themselves to ensure their customer receives their product (properly) and make it right when THEIR PREFERRED SHIPPING VENDOR makes an error? I'll tell you what kind of company. This one. Rally House is awful and does not deserve a dime of any customer's hard earned money. I will now fund a new Christmas gift because theirs was 1) defective and 2) the other? Who knows where? Rally House doesn't and they don't give a damn that they don't either. Stay away from giving this corporation your dollars at all cost because you will regret it should it be a sentimental gift or just one you expect to, I don't know, receive and gift. Rally House has it made it clear that is too much to ask from them.

Bait and Switch site

They take nice pictures and lead you to believe a product is something that it's not. For example I thought I was buying a full-size Dallas Stars logo hockey puck based on the image, price, and description. When in reality i got an expensive tiny black piece of round plastic (about the size of a quarter) with a Dallas stars sticker on it. It's crazy that this company is still in business scamming people like this.

Think Twice
November 14, 2022

I recently ordered a size medium sweat pants - it provided waist size but not length. How long could "medium" be - so I ordered. Well, I'm 5'11' and it was 3"+ too long. So, if you are not 6'2", your not a medium. The return process pain level is sufficent to not bother. I chalked it up to learning experience - lesson learned - don't buy anything from Rally House
