Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
So far my experience has been great the one time I did have an issue with a product raney's was great about resolving the issue and sending me the proper product that I had requested no aggravation at all very simple and easy and friendly customer service
Nice duck,i think the rainey site is poorly done,hard to navigate,and provides no tracking info,at least it didnt work in my case.the overall site seems to be poor quality and i find it a source of frustration and would rather not do it again
Placed my order Thursday an received it Saturday,had one piece in the kit damaged...called customer service Monday,sent a few pics by email,Raneys shipped out replacement and I had it Wednesday morning...That's great customer service
The online ordering process and delivery were great. Our accounting team contacted customer service to provide a sales tax exemption certificate and were told that Raney's would not accept any sales tax exemption certificates. For this order it was only $5, but it will be a determining factor in ordering from Raney's in the future.
Items did not arrive in a timely manner. I called and found out that they were on backorder. It would have been nice to receive notification of the backorder status. Other than that. I was happy with the experience.
Placed my order after confirming my parts were correct with a tech guy and everyone I talked with over the phone was very courteous, professional, and happy to help. I would definitely do business with Raney's again.
Plenty of inventory to choose from but beware it doesn't all come from the same location...if you have no problem supporting another dropshipper & multiple shipping charges...the items did eventually arrive...can't comment on quality yet, haven't actually installed any of the items yet.

We had a problem with an item that we ordered. We went through the steps to return the item, but realized that return shipping would cost more than the item itself. Stephanie in their customer service department reached out to us and helped us resolve the issue. She was very professional and courteous and was able to help us return the item without incurring a large fee. It is rare for a company to reach out and show an interest in a small individual order and try to make things right. I appreciate their efforts to be helpful and run a good business. I would recommend this company because of my personal experience with them.

Overall a good shopping experience. The wiper arm size is exactly same as my old ones and they're strong and new which new stuff should be like, except the fluid spray hose is too short, which is not quite like what's in the pic, to reach the tee splitter.

I had a hard time picking out new headlights. There are a lot of options. I have been doing research for my 1999 KW T600B. I have limited space behind the headlights. No room for adapter wires. I found some other similar headlights on another site. I decided to buy from you because I trust your products and warranty.

I couldn't get the tank cables from International, they were on a national back order. Raney's had them and I received them within two days.
Your company sent out a monthly special on cascadia steering wheels. I didn't hear anything for a week. I called in and found out your company was selling product it didn't have in stock. This happened before with the mud flaps. You drop shipped those from the manufacturer. Why do you advertise parts that you don't even have? Is it about cost control or about lack of inventory control? Either way it doesnt look good for your company. The parts are nice though.
Great Site so far, Easy to Navigate, Happy with products, pricing, etc. Will Definitely purchase here as much as I can. Had trouble with Purolator Courier who handles rural delivery for UPS, but you guys were great! The lady who phoned me about the US shipping not being free was very polite. Thank You for your help.
Ordering was fine, paid, told it was shipped, but only part of the order. I needed to replace both pieces at the same time, so I ended up buying part of my order locally because of time constraints. Had I known they were not going to be shipped right away i would have made other plans.
The website was easy to use. I found what I was looking for right and ordered it. I received a call stating that some of the products were on backorder and would receive them on a later date witch I did. I had no problem waiting a little extra because I also work retail and understand when a product is on backorder. I will definitely order from you again if I need anything else. Have a good day.
I have not been able to get home and check out the product itself but when I realized I made an error in what I had ordered and then called to make a change, the Customer Service Representative was very nice and helpful about taking care of it! Raney does a fantastic job with prompt ship out time and delivery. Customer service reps have always been great. This manufacturer's product though was subpar for the reasons I've previously listed. Had I had the time to wait on a return/exchange for a different brand.
