I was pleasantly surprised when Stephanie contacted me about my poor review of International Mirror Mount Chrome covers. She initiated a warrantly claim and got me a new cover shipped. I was more than pleased.

Your mud flap listings are confusing, Do you sell these by the pair or one as indicated in the listings. You do not answer your phone for clarification. I hope I have no further problems with this order.

Ordered on a Monday, parts showed up on Thursday. This is only the third or fourth time I've ordered from Raney's. They ship quick and the parts fit. I'm happy. Raney's is better than our local "truck guys".

Raney's is simply great. Customer service is amazing and all products so far have been very good quality. The website is also the easiest I have found in Canada and the USA to navigate and find exactly what your looking for

The locking fuel cap looks like it will keep the honest people honest. Looks well made and is easy to use.

I have emailed Luis Martinez about an issue iv had with both shifter extension and the custom charges. I made one order and ended up paying three different broker fees and on top of that the first extension i got was all banged up and scratched and the replacement I received was worse then the first one. I would love to talk to someone about it.

My first purchase, if shipping goes well and product of good standard will use site again, after product arrived it was of good quality, the floor mats fiited about 95% of what I expected there were a couple of areas where it was not quite right

Thought both shift boots were shipped together. Received an email the day after I ordered online saying my order shipped. The day before the order was to arrive I got an email saying my order was shipped. Further checking I found that the shift boots shipped from two different locations and a week apart. Wish I'd been notified of that in the beginning. Would have saved the headache of tearing the truck apart twice. Great products and prices. Just no communication

My experience was exceptional and prompt. I would order again and also recommend to others to order.

Guys are on the "ball" at Ranys, I enjoy visiting your website just to stay abreast of the latest products etc. I've installed the rain visor and I honestly thought it would do a better job than it seems to do. Water still puddles on windows. I'll just have to do as I have for the past 48 years. Be extra careful and stop and clean windows as often as needed. They do look "good" on the truck though.

I do not like to use the Post Office. They lose a 20 pound box.
I wanted these items delivered to my house address.
I am happy with your product, but please fix it where I dont have to receive my products threw the mail system.
It was 2 an half weeks before I got my items.
I could have driven 2 hours to Amarillo to get this item.
But deliver to my house is better.
I will inquiry before ordering again. Make sure it is del by UPS to my home address.

It was the wrong part, what can I say. The shipping time was below average but I would not have minded if the part was the correct item. Very busy right now, might check into returning the part, but most likely I'm out $100.00. Called a Freightliner dealer instead, got me the correct part next day ground for 40% less. Lesson learned.

Very easy to order i just hope it's quick to get here. Lol thank you. I know times is rough right now. But i'm in a hurry to get this so I can get back to work. How long do you think it will take to get to me? Or should i get a cheap one somewhere now till gets here.

I actually wanted to cancel the order in less than 12 hours after placing it but was informed it had already shipped. I wasn't terribly pleased with that, but I can't fault them for being on the ball with the delivery time. My purchase was well-packed and delivered when promised and the customer service rep with whom I spoke was very nice.

Buying these for my husband and this was the least expensive site I could find.
I didn't realize the sheets weren't attached, which I thought all semi sheets were attached, until my husband opened them. Also, the price of the sheets were a good price but it was a little disheartening that shipping cost almost as much as the product.
They do seem like good quality sheets but I will definitely do more research before buying another set.
They shipped rather quickly and I had them about 10 days after I placed the order. The customer service is awesome.

Seat covers are nice and fit perfect. Time will tell how long they last. The only thing i didnt like is how they left the package in front of my door when i specifically left a note on the order not to

I was very happy with the product and service but by the time I got my parts to Canada it ended costing me over $300 Canadian.It is very hard to justify paying over double the price to order from the US. Thank you

It is a good site for finding all the cool gadgets for a truck. They ship out the exact product you order and seem to be on top of everything. I recommend this site to anyone looking for cool upgrades to their rig.

Very easy site to move around. I ordered 2 LEDS fog lamps to go along with my new bumper I was bummed after only been installed for 2 days when the LEDS stopped working in one. I called customer service and they are shipping a new one to me now! Great service to go along with the great prices of the products. One of the mud flap hanger mounting brackets didn't fit the hanger that I purchased else where. I also made an order before this one with headlights and a grill when I received my headlights one of them the driver's side was broke on the adjustment screw inside,

It was for my wife of 76 years Birthday and it took you from June 23 to July 15 or 16 to get it here and when we ordered it did not say it would take so long. Then today or yesterday you lowered the price for it.
