Raney's Truck Parts

I ordered some truck wash that took three weeks to get to me. I did contact customer service and they did respond quickly. Still not sure why it took so long and no updates until I contacted support

I like the ease of shopping for the exact equipment that I would have to pay probably 30% more for without leaving my premises and having it delivered to me promptly.

Every thing was great, but had to return the product because wires would not fit down tube filled with foam. I hope I have a good experience with the return.

I received the package,there was no Direction's to install it hired a mechanic and it didn't work,I sent it back and got most of my back.spent $81 got back$ 74. Thanks for the aggravation,!

I purchase the same vents often, however you guys dont stock them, so I have to wait until United Pacific sends them. I would like it more if I can just order from them.

After an initial issue, there was prompt response and a genuine desire to fix whatever was wrong and move forward in a positive way. Additionally my freight was waived on my follow up order

I buy one of these every year for my husband. He loves them and uses them all of the time, especially when he needs to find an alternate route to go around an accident.

Website is easy to follow, ordering is easy, and shipping times are fairly quick. They have a lot of parts here I wish I could get, but mainly have to keep the rig running down the road.

My order was out of stock. It wasn't noted on the website or I would not have purchased it from Raney's. Although Raney's didn't seem to have any problem taking my money right away!
