Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.

Product was ordered online. The purchase process was easy and the item shipped in a timely manner. It was a replacement for a broken one on my motorhome. Excellent service.
The process was quick and simple, ups was the shipping company. The parcel has arrived while I'm on the road, and the box is apparently crushed. I will have to test the gauge, to see if it's damaged.
The peterbilt vent covers were the wrong size. They should have been for a 389. The ones I received did not fit but I open the package an dont have time to send it back because Im a trucker.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because, one of the items I ordered was on back order which cause my order to be shipped late. I didnt get no alert until I called to see what was taken so long.
The product did not fit so I returned them I was told I could not get a prepaid shipping label I had to pay $47 for shipping on top of the $150 I spent for the seat covers that didn't fit, I am not impressed with the product

The customer is always right.? Except when you delivered my order to the billing address instead of the shipping address I HAD TO PAY $60 extra to correct YOUR mistake.? I definitely WON'T recommend you to anybody, infact I tell people to avoid you...
Parts have been well labeled on the site and easy to navigate. I'm hoping the parts are of the same quality.
The parts are all installed on my truck now and they aren't bad, however I wish the parts were the actual part rather than covers. The cover idea is find because it's easier to move them to a different truck in the future, but too many are loose fitting and need a glue material to hold. Example would be the dash switch chrome covers for the 9200i. Some fit tight and some don't, so everytime I pull the air brakes they bounce off the dash.
The overhead dome light covers for the 9200i aren't designed to let the switch click into place, so I had to glue the switch to the back of the cover. Even then there's just enough room to use the switch.
Same thing goes for the passenger door chrome cover panel for the side pocket on the door. It fits pretty tight, but not tight enough to use the passenger door without falling off. A little velcro will fix that, but I'm trying to not use glue or velcro so I can remove the parts from the company truck and put them in my own one day.
The center chrome dash trim for where the turn signal lights are isn't tight at all and will need glue.
Everything looks nice and there's not bad prices on this site, but I wish the machining of the parts they carry was a little cleaner. If it's your own personal truck you plan on having for a second, these aren't really issues.

I got my order within a acceptable time and was able to track it. I also received my order in good condition. I installed the product that I ordered and am very satisfied with it.
My one issue is for the price of the turn lights I was a little disappointed that the housing is plastic. Otherwise I have no complaints. Your prices beat Amazon's prices most of the time.
Prices are decent keep the shipping down that's a deterrent if shipping is high, look at what Amazon has created very low shipping or free shipping if the price is over $25.00
