I'm a first time customer and I have to say I'm very impressed with the company. You guys have been so adamant about making sure I'm 100% satisfied with my experience and you put your customers first. Will be doing more business in the future.

Some things are a little incomplete as far as descriptions, didn't get the cup holder I ordered looks nothing like the one in the picture, the short extension is a course thread that doesn't even work as an extension because it's fine thread , but again the description left that out

its nice to get the reward points but the shipping is a killer and having to do each reward item individually is very time consuming something should be done about it free shipping would be good or being able to lump all the items in one package would be better

Tried to save money by buying Super Socks instead of Autosocks. The Super Socks are worthless. Zero traction. You really do get what you pay for with Autosocks. Tried to return them for CREDIT ONLY towards Autosocks and they basically told me to piss off. Kinda lost my $#*! on them. But my request was very reasonable. Lots of places to buy online. You should pick anyone but Raneys.

Headlights were not good, one has broken light inside and looks like someone from your company or a supplier on your behalf, tried to fix it, but they could not do, and instead of replacing it, they shipped it as it is..! And the other headlight has a yellow ring light indicator..!

I am not satisfied with the headlights..!

A piece on my steering wheel came in broken and customer service righted the wrong immediately! After installing the steering wheel I've noticed it has easily gotten some minor chips and scratches in it, and once in a while the city horn button assembly wheel work loose and pop out! Granted I have not hooked city horn up yet!

Steering wheel was not the same as advertised. The steering wheel I received was a grey wheel with black leather wrapping. The installation and fit a good mistake. Looks very nice, practical, with no sun reflection.
My truck is a pleasure to drive now.

A good one. Easy to find the right shape, then the size, then the length. Logical, but not common on other sites

not sure which order you are referencing. Just said yes thinking you would identify the part. If it's the exhaust tip, then yes very nice.

The website had a few issues, but that could have been due to traffic. The parts arrived well packaged, in tact and as described. I haven't had the opportunity to put them on yet, but look forward to it. Thanks and I will be a customer again!

I would have liked to have known the shipping charges be for I pulled the trigger. The price alone was shocking enough. I was in the metal finishing business in my past life. I still had a few buffs around until now. Last time I bought this same buff I paid $6-something

Found exactly what I had in mind. Website is easy to navigate and prices seem fair. Lets hope shipping is fast! This will be great for my grandfather for his tractors, atvs, and boats and save his back for a few more years.

Great site and prices. UPS as the only shipping option is terrible. I ship internationally on a regular basis and i can say without hesitation that UPS gouges the customer and has HORRIBLE customs brokerage fees and system of payment. If i can avoid doing business with them i do. Not having a choice limits the range of potential products i will buy unfortunately. FedEx has taken extremely good care of me and my business as well they have a superior system in place for dealing with any customs tarrifs, and at a much lower cost.

First time on your site, my only suggestion is your Q&A link process is not fast enough for user needs, reduce your process so answers can be obtained in a timely manner. Other than that it is so far so good on website performance.

The service was great! Received order really fast. Customer service outstanding! The only thing is the gear shift extension is 3/4 in diameter and the mack truck I drive is 1/2 in diameter. The shaft itself. So I'll try and grind it down to fit!

I was pleasantly surprised when Stephanie contacted me about my poor review of International Mirror Mount Chrome covers. She initiated a warrantly claim and got me a new cover shipped. I was more than pleased.

Ordered on a Monday, parts showed up on Thursday. This is only the third or fourth time I've ordered from Raney's. They ship quick and the parts fit. I'm happy. Raney's is better than our local "truck guys".

Raney's is simply great. Customer service is amazing and all products so far have been very good quality. The website is also the easiest I have found in Canada and the USA to navigate and find exactly what your looking for

We order one cover to see if it fit the seats on our new trucks; it fit perfect. I wish there were the exact same seat covers with slots for the arm rest, but I didn't see any. Shipping was fast for the first order. Overall satisfaction was great!

I have emailed Luis Martinez about an issue iv had with both shifter extension and the custom charges. I made one order and ended up paying three different broker fees and on top of that the first extension i got was all banged up and scratched and the replacement I received was worse then the first one. I would love to talk to someone about it.

They have a new chat feature that has been working flawlessly. It saved me a lot of time. Its very convenient to be logged into your account and have your order number ready as the first thing they will need is the order you are asking about if contacting them about an order like I was. I will definitely be buying from them in the future. All my friends buy from them and recommended them to me. They have a generous rewards points program as well. Alondra was a great help!

Every time I place a order it takes forever to receive my items. It should not take two to three weeks to get the items you order. I like your store but this is my biggest problem with it. Speed up the process in which you are sending out the orders.

I got most of my order very quickly. I ordered a few pieces from raneys because the dealer told me they were back ordered but raneys website said they're in stock. Still waiting on some of my order to show up. Great website lots of options and simple ordering.

This is the second time ordering this product pretty positive I selected light and wire and when received was only the wire not sure y anyone would just order a wire and no light can go to any town almost anywhere and by the plug !!!!
