Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
Really loved the product once I got it, but I was not pleased with the shipping time. A week and a half after ordering the item it still had not shipped so I called customer service. The woman I spoke to said she didn't know why the item hadn't been sent, that it should have gone out the week before. So I was a bit disappointed that I had to call to remind them to ship my order. But happy with the product.
Your website loads way faster and is by far more user friendly to navigate then Four states website. Your shipping was only 25% of what their cost was as well. Which is the ultimate reason I choose to order through Rainey's. Tho I will say they were roughly $350 cheaper for the peterbilt 379 8"x68" flattop top stack and Pickett elbow stack kit by Lincoln chrome, but you still saved me roughly $800 in shipping costs. These guys are scammers. Horrible company. In November 26 i ordered moose bumper for my Freightliner, order number SO******* I paid 3.426$. Nine weeks later no money no bumper they are bull$#*!ting me every time i call. I strongly recommend do not buy anything at Raney's. All they want just take your money, run away from them.
Placed an order for a wheel lock a week ago. Hadent heard anything back until I called and was told the item I ordered was only available as a set of 4 when the website clearly stated qty 1 could be purchased. My customer is not very happy at this point that no one had contacted us after a week with an order that was on hold. I went back and looked at the product description and it had now been changed to qty4 must be purchased. In my opinion you should honor what you advertised online and what I was billed for.
I would think about using a different delivery service, one that doesnt just leave customers product at a unoccupied building then claims that the customer actually signed for the product. This has no bearing on Raneys products or service but more to do with the delivery service.
Only issue that I experienced was with customer service. Got some conflicting information due to agent miss reading the information they had. One of our items was on backorder and 1st agent told us that it would be shipped earlier the following week. When we called in to see if the item had shipped yet, the second agent told us that it would not ship out until later on in the month, when in reality, the item shipped at the end of the week and the second agent had misinformed us.
We ordered the pillows and mattress at the same time on Nov. 9th. The pillows came right away, within a matter of days. But the mattress didn't arrive until Nov 21, day before Thanksgiving. So if you are in a hurry and need it RIGHT AWAY, order early.
At checkout twice the system had free shipping for my items. Then when I put in flash30 code it charges for free shipping. Without shipping items would have cost me 341.00 instead of the 353. 00 I payed.
The shipping was fast! The price was actually cheaper than competitors. I hear "don't buy fine Raneys because they are too expensive," but in reality the price is generally the same. Even cheaper than my local chrome shop.
Excellent experience. One of my items was damaged, I called and explained customers service, just requested me photos of the damaged item and the box and sent me new item afterwords with no further issues. Very professional, friendly and helpful, Eddy was awesome.
I purchased 2 mirrors from Raneys. Mirrors were defective, I rated them poorly in my review. Raneys called me and we discussed the problems with the mirrors. They immediately went to work to solve the problem. They refunded the money. The people at Raneys are excellent!! This is why I shop at Raneys!!
The headlights were easy to install and really look great, also very nice not to have to reprogram for codes. Only thing is on my 06 volvo the white led running strips turn to amber when parking brake is released but they still look great. Trux told me that can be corrected on older trucks with programming but wasn't worth the cost probably, the running lights are normally amber on the truck any way. all and all very satisfied.
I ordered two market lights a month ago. When they came in mail and I opened them to install onto my truck I noticed a crack in the bezel for one of the lights so as to keep it from snapping into the lens and holding itself in place. I emailed customer service and received a call days later while inward at work i called back and was put on hold for an abnormally extended period of time. I couldn't stay on the phone that long do I had to hang up. Now I am purchasing a new light assembly in order to get a usable bezel for the light i have installed on my truck. I love the lights and really want to use them. Was just not overly happy with the purchasing proccess

The one and only issue I had was there was nothing on the site saying that the item was out of stock, I would've been fine with waiting but had to get an email after my money was debeted out my account
I think you need to be more specific when it comes to quantity of an item that requires a set. I already ordered a set of headlights on Dec.9th and I put down 2 as my quantity. I wanted 2 sets of headlights and only received 1 set. Now I'm ending up paying an additional shipping fee because of that.
Was a replacement for a broken one, it was a perfect match.
Received the lighted mud flap hangers with several chrome plastic parts. Two light bezels were broken and there were six screws missing. I contacted them and they refused to replace the broken or missing parts. Weeks later they demanded pictures of the missing screws.

If UPS would have made certain that whoever accepted my original shipment was authorized or even affiliated with me, everything would have been received in a timely manner, or made it to me at all. But Raneys made good on the discrepancy and from what I'm told, my replacement shipment was handed off to the proper person, because it is at my home waiting for my return so that I can finally enjoy my birthday present to myself, although almost a month later. Again, it wasn't Raneys fault, but a UPS fail.
I will be doing business with Raneys solely for my chrome and accessories in the future.
Only complaint is that my order was split into two shipments and delivered 3 days apart. I was excited about getting my new lights until I opened the box and only had half my order. Once I got my complete order it was everything I ordered. The new lights are everything as advertised. Awsome.
The website is quick and great. My order ended up being backordered. Not Raneys fault. I have to say this though. The customer service was great. I dealt with Scarlette and experience was awesome. Usually customer service reps are not interested in helping. Seems like they don't want to do their job but expect a pay check. Scarlette was different. It was like I was talking with a friend. Definitely a good change of pace from the typical reps. I will buy more from Raneys just because of that reason. Customer service is key.

I am upset about my last order, I was charged a restocking fee for something not in my control, after being told I would not be charged.
Our company has 7 other trucks to be fixed up, I will be shopping around, I was hoping that Raneys would do the right thing.
