i paid $75 to deliver on my front door. A big Semi truck/Trailer came to deliver and couldnt pull in because he was to big.. I had to pull my Semi behind his to unload seat in my trailer.. I lost that days work because i didnt have a pick up either..A waste of $75

Didn't like being blindsided with the shipping. I would have one price with the shipping included. People like to see a price and that's it. People are more apt to purchase when it's one price even if you've already added the product and shipping together. Thank you

Shipping is way to fricking high, should be half of what I was charged. I was going to order some slick disc the other day and the shipping for two was going to be $66.00. Ordered them from Napa for the same price and got free shipping. If you want to be competitive in the online market you're going to have to work on lowering your shipping price.

I had a great experience at Raineys. I identified a problem with the product they were selling in the resolve the issue quickly. Customer service contact with me and went out of their way to resolve the issue.

I received the parts that I ordered on time and well packaged. However, the quality was very poor and I returned them. I contacted customer service about the cost of return shipping and was told I was expected to pay the cost of returning the parts; this was very irritating because had the product been a quality product, a return would not have been necessary. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with my first, and only, business transaction with Raneys.

I almost checked out and saw I forgot to use your 8% discount code. So I went back and changed it and then went through checkout. At checkout, the discount was applied and then you also added sales tax,which wasn't added before, so you added back something to make up for the discount, that wasn't there before.

We ordered a set of headlights for a Peterbilt truck. We received one quickly but the other one was on back order. They were very nice and informed us if we found one somewhere else they would refund us the money for the one that was on back order and they did held true to their word.

I ordered a Grille Guard. I received the reinforcement parts first and box was damaged and there were some missing parts. When I contacted Raneys about the issue, I was sent out another package immediately and the problem was resolved promptly.

I ordered the wrong ones the first time, my mistake not Raney's. I reordered the right ones they fit perfectly and I got a full refund from my first order less the shipping charges. Very happy with my dealings with Raneytruckparts.com.

You advertising as free shipping ! But when it gets to the point to pay, there is shipping charges pups out, and no any other option to choose, and also only one option to choose as UPS shipping !

Great. Easy to find stuff. Wish you had a few other items that I need... But you have a great selection. I bought a few items for other trucks in my fleet, but mostly for a Cabover that I'm fixing up and about to put back to work.

wasnt informed of out of stock at purchase. Was 2 weeks before I contacted customer service to find out it was out of stock. Could have been listed on the website as in stock or not. Could have been sent a status of the item at purchase. Shouldnt have had to email to find this out.

Website easy to navigate and works well, only thing is maybe lable the pictures because it is hard for me to picture the difference from the 10" visor to the 14" so if the pictures were labeled better I would feel alittle more confident

Easy & quick! But they were the wrong item. I have received your RMA Information & will be shipping them back today! I needed the 33mm non-threaded lug covers to fit for my application. Took awhile because my printer broke & I had to wait until the beginning of the month to buy a new one! I couldn't print out your RMA instructions!

The wheel arrived damaged and missing hub kit(which is included on this wheel). The initial shipment took nine days. This seems a little long. When the wheel arrived it was scratched and the leather was worn and wrinkled. Raneys shipped a new wheel out, but because of complications with manufacturer and UPS the wheel was delayed another week. Alantra in customer service was the saving grace for Raneys for me. She was very polite and professional.

I ordered a tc200 truck seat from Raineys.com. They were helpful in finding if the seat would fit in the truck I drive. I liked the ease of use with the website. I found all of the information right there. Including seat height and width. It shipped fast. Product was in good condition when delivered.

Having to unclick the box after inputting the billing address using the billing address as the shipping address just to be able to correctly input a Canadian address is weird and frustrating. Otherwise fantastic experience.

I bought pure wave inverter just for this microwave I have a 3000 W microwave in my truck but bought another one because it said I needed a certain type of inverter got microwave hooked up the new inverter microwave ran but would not warm food up

First time buyer here, will see what Canada Customs charges are and if the do not destrot anything or be rediculess on duty then for sure I will be purchasing more as there is no suppliers like this here. Well i received all ordered in 2 seperate shipments which created a ridiculous duty charge from custons and UPS, $ 90.00 total cost,that makes the items over priced,guess not going that route again with canadian exchange +duty $400.00 total cdn. no thx not again.
