Getting my Amber lights for very tricky for other websites but coming on to Raneys it was easy to order and I received my clearance Amber lights at a reasonable time. I would use this company again for any other lights that I may need for my truck thank you.

Called to verify they had a bumper I need in stock. Agent told me yes they have 1 in stocks in the warehouse. Placed the order. Agent told me it would ship 5 to 10 business days. 10 days passed did not recieve shipment confirmation. Called back customer care # they told me 5 to 10 weeks. So called back the Agent I made the order with. She contacted I guess valley chrome the vendor who told her 5 to 7 business days. On 8th day I contacted Agent again because I did not get a confirmation and I wanted to cancel the order she said okay she will cancel order. That very same evening I recieved confirmation order is shipped. I recieved a tracking# I tried tracking package and it shows at xpo warehouse for the past 7 days. This is order made on 10/27/23 and it is 11/30/23 and I paid $200+ for shipping. In 2023 and service is this bad

Shopping was cool a lil bum that I couldn't get approve to pay in payments and this was my 3 rd time buying these mats for my trucks I've driven no to be rude to be denied for a 200 dollar order cause of credit this should a good start to build credit but I still enjoy buying

You guys charged me for shipping yet I was stuck paying Fedex a shipping cost of $45.00 up on delivery. Whyyy if I paid you guys for shipping.thats double dipping.
This is my 2 or 3rd time ordering from you guys but i was not charged twice for shipping in past. This is NOT OK.

I hope I am not premature in my rating. This is my first-ever order with this company so I hope the product arrives safely, meets its review ratings I read prior to choosing this product, and arrives soon while I am home during this coronavirus social distancing shutdown timeframe I will adhere to.

I didn't realize that Raneys had to order the part from someone else and wouldn't ship for over two weeks. When I received the package the box had a lot of damage, there was a piece of the product visible thru a tear in the box. I took a lot of photo's prior to opening the box. Thankfully there was no visible damage to the product. I will not have a chance to install it for several months.

Ordered on the 12th shipped on the 20th ,attempted to contact on the 16-17th through the wed site for a tracking number (which they have no proof of ) and never responded . Bottom line on the site it should say that it will take more time then usual to ship and it would've been fine . But I received it and I'm happy with the product.

A pop up appeared if I put my email in I would save 5% on this order once the email was placed in box and press go the 5% was not deducted, I even checked email and set up an account after that and still no 5% of this order.

Raneys didn't make it, but they sold it. International 4300 Vent visor on picture different then what came. Unsafely blocked 1/3rd of side mirrors. Sent them pictures. Took right back off and sent back. They only gave 1/2 refund. Product unusable. Listing and box picture different shape then what was sent. They didn't make the product, but will never buy from Raneys again because of poor customer service.

Very difficult to navigate and find stuff for my Kenworth. Also the checkout procedure was forcing me to go through PayPal and not use a company credit card which was annoying and it ended up going on my personal credit card through PayPal instead of the company credit card which is aggravating

This is my second order. When I was in the checkout process a promo came up to get 5% off my order. I was waiting for an email that never came but saw at the header of the checkout site to use the promo code GATS2018 for 10% off everything storewide. I put that in the promo code box and finished the order but it did not give 10% off. Very disappointed.If that was not a promo code it should not have been there. My first buying experience was great that is why I came back to buy one for myself. The first one was for my son's birthday.

Trying to pay at the end was a little frustrating because I was trying to use the company American Express card and did not know that the security code it was asking for was on the front. All your site said when it would not process was for me to "Check payment information" If it at least said what was wrong with the payment information I would have already placed the order last Wednesday.

I applied for 5% off with text messaging. I recieved a coupon code SMS5 and the code would not work during checkout. It also claimed free shipping and my shipping total was $302. Frustrated with not being allowed to use 5% off and the cost of shipping.

I had been watching these accessories for some time and searched the Internet for the best price. But then I found raneys and they had exactly what I was looking for but not only that but they also have instructions on installing accessories. And I also like the option of using affirm as a way to make payments. And I was looking for accessory lights and couldn't find what I was looking for and a representative sent me a link to find them. That's great customer service and I'm a happy customer. If you love your truck like I do than raneys is your place, check them out

Experience is good price is comparable to other sites. Unfortunately if youre ordering online and want to pick up at raneys in Florida theres no option for that when checking out so you have to know to use raneys address as ship to address and use ups 0.00 to do so

It was satisfactory 10/10 in my book. I would like for you guys to add a peterbuilt 377 model to the line up tho. I know most peterbuilt things interchanges threw the 90s, but it would be nice to see the option for 377.

The seat cover that we bought for our Freightliner was great but the one for our Kenworth was not good at all. It doesn't fit nearly as well and it was more expensive and we had to wait quite a while to get it.

Everything was great thank you very much I enjoyed everything that I have gotten from you guys and I am planning on getting some more stuff from you instead in the future thank you very much for everything that you have done.

We are assigned a truck, we can customize as we wish as long as it does not distract from the company image. The Mack had a destress plastic bumper. i asked for a new chrome bumper, offered to pay for full Hogebuilt fenders, company bought from you. Now I'm adding these items. I'm told I have the sharpest ride in the fleet.

Why 3 Stars:

My first order came directly from Tera, who makes the pump. They slapped a label on the merchandising box and shipped it. WTF. It came broken. Why Tera would send a product not double boxed is just bad, lazy business.

I filed a damage complaint with Raney's, and they made it right. Raney's double boxed the pump and sent it. I received the second pump undamaged.

Why the first pump was send by Tera and Raney's the second time is questionable and thus 3 Stars.
