I am buying the same dam part I purchased just about a month ago for my shifter as the first 1 I bought for 56 bucks snapped off try getting better quality merchandise how bout that or ill go elsewhere to buy my stuff.

Extremely disappointed in the product. Rather than send the actual shortie mud flap, you chose to just cut off a regular mud flap, making installation impossible because there are only two holes. Very unprofessional.

Best price on the Wilson 1000 mag mount antenna than any where else! The wish I could have used it for my trip back East a few weeks ago....but was delivered 2 days shy from my departure :( so I had to go to the local truck stop and buy a Lil Wil mag mount. But when I got home and there it was! I was extremely satisfied and money well spent!! Will probably put on my 89 Ranger, so when I go into my Montana mountains and "skip" is rolling in, this antenna will do the job. Thanks again! :)

I've had trouble with a few items quality but have had Great customer service and they sent me a new one each time. even when they told me is was off of warranty.

Great quality mud flaps. Very happy with them. Had an issue with the delivery address and the manufacturer. After several days and customer service representative, Andrew, keeping on top we finally got our order. Worked out great for us.

A place to my order was not in trouble at all exactly what I was wanting and received it so quick I couldn't believe it I really do appreciate it and thank you I'll do business with you again

Your website needs to show if an item is in stock. My order came in 4 separate shipments and most of what I ordered were parts to build an air line hose assembly that were no good to me until the final item arrived which was the hose.

I could have went to my Mack dealer same day and got everything I needed, but would have costed me a little more money. You need to just sell the dress up truck parts and forget about repair parts if you can not have in stock something as simple as emergency and service air lines!

It would be nice to have a coupon for a new customers first order. I called the company and talk to a customer service representative even, and asked for that, I didn't receive anything. Additionally, it would be good to have more shipping options, such as UPS ground 7 to 10 days which may have been cheaper than the $14 it cost. Otherwise, we love the products, we have ordered the same product on your website Previously. Thank you, I look forward to receiving. This is a surprise birthday gift for my husband.

Order came quickly to Canada. Somehow manufacturer put a kw light in one box though. Returned and shipped wrong light again, but zero hassle return process. New light shipped immediately. Overall happy, mistakes happen. They were dealt with appropriately and I'm

Terrible! boy that answered the phone knew nothing and said there are no supervisors on duty, he was very rude and cocky. Would not give any free shipping coupon that is clearly stated on your web site and spent 19 minutes on hold

Well your shipping prices are crazy high for a single-item purchase, your website complained of errors involving changes to my cart when there were none, so I'd give it a half score for effort but not as good as it could have been.

Order sat in nj. For 4 days when I received the seat box was damaged plastics piece that holds controls was damaged and seat skirt had little holes in it overall not to happy with shipping as far as ordering goes no problem

I was not made aware the part was out of stock until AFTER I paid for it. But it was understandably so, it was an accessories for a 1996 model truck. The hood mounted bug deflector arrived in great condition and fit like a glove. However, it buckles in speeds over 70 MPH. It needs either better support or to made from a slightly heavier gauge of metal. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Raney's customer service is great. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made the search for my parts so much easier than anyone I've used recently. Part was located, purchased and shipped quickly-I never had to worry about if our driver was going to be out of service for more than a day. Love Raney's Truck Parts for sure!

Thank you for having all my orders delivered to my shop. May not seem like much of a accomplishment but I live in Canada and my order showed up on time complete and unharmed. The filters and search ability on the site don't work well to drill down to what i was looking for. I'd like a full wheel kit for the thread on spike covers it seems the 60 piece kits are far more economical than by single pieces and that isn't offered.

So far so good! Too bad you folks don't have a dealer on the island of Oahu! A lot of the truckers love their chrome products here! I used to work for Cummins/International Trucks of Hawaii, & Hawaii Truck Parts Sales & Services and chrome was always a high seller. But both places didn't carry much. Now I have old customers calling me directly to hunt chrome down for them. So I'll be back for more!!! I was actually thinking of trying to open a little chrome shop. But it's a little hard here to do it without backing...
