Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
My order was split even though everything was ordered on the same invoice. Confused me until I read the packing slip, and got another tracking number. But the price was great, and everything still showed up in a timely manner.
I have target mastercard points to redeem...they said I could use them at Target.com....what I needed came up on a search through Target.com...but there is no way to use my credit rewards points on this order...I am placing the order anyway because I NEED this product ASAP...but, you should not be selling through Target.com if I can't use my rewards points!
I ordered the replacement window sill and your sight stated that the fasteners were not included and said I needed upi item #******* I could not find on your sight>?? not sure why I cant just click on the part number you give. I needed this with my order so I can put the sill's in when they come..

I have been trying to find these pads for about twelve years other than the place I used to order them. Just finding them was a great enough experience. I'm hoping this will be just the start of many future orders for these pads and polish
Took over a week for the item to be shipped, meaning for it to actually leave the warehouse. When I called, I was told the item had been out of stock and just came in that morning. What are the chances?? Awful convenient if you ask me.
Seems like if something was out of stock, I would have at least been notified when I placed the order.
I was in need of lights for a small trailer and every thing was very easy to find. Prices great and shipping was very reasonable. I have looked else where and shipping cost drive me away.
Items where shipped from multiple locations and slowed arrival time down. Some items where not shipped for 4 days even though in stock. Stuff was worth wait and price was good.
So far so good. Tried to find these blue poly fenders but they didn't show in the search. Just happened to scroll to the bottom after it says item not found and there it is, same PN and all! Oh well, all's well that ends well.
your company sent out a monthly special on cascadia steering wheels. I didn't hear anything for a week. I called in and found out your company was selling product it didn't have in stock. This happened before with the mud flaps. you drop shipped those from the manufacturer. Why do you advertise parts that you don't even have? Is it about cost control or about lack of inventory control? Either way it doesnt look good for your company. the parts are nice though.

Ordering was fine, paid, told it was shipped, but only part of the order. I needed to replace both pieces at the same time, so I ended up buying part of my order locally because of time constraints. Had I known they were not going to be shipped right away i would have made other plans.
I ordered a "black" grill guard. They sent chrome which arrived in a box that had been shredded. The mounts arrived UPS the guard was shipped through Holland trucking. I had to pay extra for shipping to have it delivered and then Holland couldn't arrive at the destination requiring me to meet the driver to get my shipment. This company is pathetic! I will never use them again and I would recommend that no one else use them.
I have not been able to get home and check out the product itself but when I realized I made an error in what I had ordered and then called to make a change, the Customer Service Representative was very nice and helpful about taking care of it! I can't wait to check out the product and look forward to doing more business with Raney's in the future! Keep up the great work!
Raney does a fantastic job with prompt ship out time and delivery. Customer service reps have always been great. This manufacturer's product though was subpar for the reasons I've previously listed. Had I had the time to wait on a return/exchange for a different brand.
I have nothing bad to say about your product and service I'm very pleased with the handles but nevertheless I'm very disappointed with ups and unfortunately will never order anything from you again because of ups.
Very good, but when two headlights are pictured it suggests to ones mind the price shown is for two lights - not one. The small lightly colored drop down box was totally overlooked until I telephoned to verify if I was getting one or two lights. I would bet I was not the first customer to be faced with this issue!
Easy order process only problem I have is that there is no email sent giving the tracking info or letting me know when item was shipped. I had to contact customer service for my tracking info, they got it to me quickly. Have always had a good experience every time I needed to contact customer service. Everything was as expected on order.
Only one problem now is that Ramey's needs to contact me because they sent too many boxes of the same thing. Customer service said they would contact me back and get a shipping label to me to return the parts. Have not heard a word out of them.

The compressor I received in the horn kit was defective. Now I'm told the manufacture won't have a replacement until possibly the third week of August. Not exactly how I wanted the shopping experience to continue. I find it difficult for a company that sells several types of horns that a replacement couldn't have been found in the warehouse. Instead They made it go through a warranty procedure with the manufacture and frankly it should've just been replaced instead of making me wait another month.
Needed a windshield gasket for my kenworth, like always they had my part and shipped it out fast!

Well the shopping and options were good but the codes given for discounts were shown as invalid which leave a bad taste in one mouth when your given something then it's not good almost a bait and switch situation
Very friendly and quick to respond to my questions. Very happy so far. A quality issue occurred by the manufacturer, so a new one had to be built. This delayed me getting it for another month. Well worth it though, very happy overall with everything.
