I have not problem with order but I think in you order so much the shipping should be a better price. You buy almost 200.00 for products and shipping still 30.00 that is way too much. You should appreciate your customers better.

Raneys has everything I could possibly need for my truck. Delivery was prompt. My other order was delayed due to UPS not having my complete address. My address was complete when I placed the order. Shipping department forgot to put my apt number down. Only delayed it one day. Overall, I am very satisfied with Raneys. I will be ordering from there again. Thank you.

I order from you guys quite a bit. A few hiccups but nothing more than any other company. I've had great experiences with your customer service. Other than a muffler and a missing piece for a front grill I recently installed. Your products have been great at an extremely good price. Wish the shipping was a bit more swift. But, I enjoy raneys for sure

your site very slow when interacting with PayPal. It was so slow that I had to copy and paste my email and my password because if I tried to type them, many characters would be missing and then it would tell me that what I typed was not valid.

I like that Raneys saves your cart items no matter how long it takes to actually place the order. I spent probably a week to finally fill my whole list of items and all items were always kept in the cart

So far so good. I appreciate u getting back to me about the lighting under the seats. However, u only offered red or amber LED lights. Can u also offer blue/purple lights as well? They r after all LED mini lites

Shopping experience was quick & easy but the reorder button from previous orders took me to the wrong product. Fortunately, there was an ad displayed at the bottom of the product description showing the actual item I was seeking.

After getting a phone call 2 weeks after I got my part to see what my concerns were with my order. I was impressed that the company would follow up on that. My issue was a delay in shipping which I later found out was customs related and was out of Raneys control.
The fact that they called me to follow up on my order of just a $50 light showed me that they really do care about customer service. Something that is hard to find nowadays.
You guys fixed my concerns and I'll be back for more business soon.

It was on back-order and no one told me. After waiting a week, I called and actually spoke with Alex whom handled the situation professional and concerned. I had the mirror the next week. Great product...just what I ordered.

I found a bunch of coupon codes on line for your website for 20-30% off of the purchase, but none of them would work. Most of them all showed they were current and then when you entered them they said they were expired. That was extremely frustrating and in the end I had to use the 5% off, because none of the others would work. I like the sites that use coupons, but it is very annoying when they don't work.

Purchased chrome exterior door handle trim for 2020 Cascadia first disappointment was didn't come with piece to cover pull handle like ones I got for earlier model. Next went to install doesn't even come close to holding securely with two sided tape will have to apply second pieces of two sided tape to mount securely.
I never took time to do this yet still sitting in my truck.
Next one of center caps wouldn't secure flush to wheel reinstalled a couple times no better didn't last a day in a ditch somewhere!!

Online site is created well to find parts quickly, quick and easy process of ordering and of course very fast shipping. Knowing that I choose to order not genuine part from peterbilt, wasn't sure what I will receive, but this emblem quality was above expectations. Very high quality made.

Very unhappy with the shipping! Paid $40+ dollars for shipping charge, UPS delivered & left the package in the pouring down rain, box & contents were completely soaked. This was a Christmas gift, very unhappy customer!!!

I did not find any coupons to use on my order. This makes me soooo sad since I am as patriotic to you for all my truck bling. You would rank right up there with my wife's status if you could just kick in a little something for a guy who wants his wife's truck to look as good as his. Yes,that is right,,this order is for my wife's brand new T-800. Let's do this for her.

Your checkout process is incredibly frustrating. There is a lot of back and forth when using Paypal also a lot of re-entering repetitious information. If you are going to offer paypal then it should populate the boxes with the information on file with paypal

For a first experience with Raney's I am not overly impressed. I ordered 3 items and 2 were delivered with no issues. The third I would describe as completely horrible. It took over a month to get the complete order. Raney's made contact with the manufacturer and eventually through Multiple emails and what seemed like countless pictures that were requested from me to send back to manufacturer, It felt like I would have been better off to take a drive to a place that would have had what I wanted. It would have been quicker and I would have known what I was taking home. The joys of internet shopping, this left a bad taste.

I am happy with the product, however I am less than impressed by the consistency of product availability. I have attempted to order the same item several times only to have to order something slightly different. This causes some issue with our BOM for manufacturing processes. Beyond that I have not had any significant issues that cause manufacturing stoppages or delays.

I ordered 2 parts, a cb antenna & a spring base. The spring was shipped in a timely fashion, however the cb antenna did't show up and was on back order. Had I know that not all components where is stock, I would have ordered neither.

First time as a customer. The experiance was easy so far. I can't give a 5 star review until I receive the product. However, I am hopeful that I will be providing excellent feedback once it arrives.

I ordered a bumper and a grill guard for a mack rd a few months ago the time it took for the order was way too long and the shipper was terrible in delivering they scheduled me 4 times until I received my order and then when I did receive my order my bumper was damaged (scratched)in threw places.

My overall experience has been great. Delivery time was a little disappointing, but I'm confident that had nothing to do with Raney's, but more to do with delays because of Covid. Raney's shipped the product very quickly!

Took a very long time to arrive. The item did not ship till over a week after placing the order. I called a week after to check on my order , and the operator was not able to tell me if the part had shipped. After waiting on hold for a while the operator said it would ship today. It seems that my part may have been forgotten to ship, or was just sitting there etc.
