It was okay had what I needed. Delivery took 4 weeks even after I paid for premium shipping. Product was what it said, steel not plastic so that's good. Haven't put anything on yet.

Seems to be the only website offering these dura lite air to airs shipped. These dura lite air to airs are partners with OOIDA and offer 10% discount with valid OOIDA account. Didn't know if you guys honor that outside them?

I was verry happy with my experience with Raneys Truck parts,I was happy that I found themn as I had placed my order 3 different times with 3 different companies and after waiting about 1 week or so they all said that the item that I had ordered was on back order.I was very upset until I found that Raneys had it in stock,as it was a christmas gift.I will be telling people if they are looking for parts to call Raney's.Thank You,Sincerely Bobette Sakiewicz

Why did it go from $401. To $415. When I put in my information? Shipping shouldn't have changed that much just by listing my returning personal info!!!!!!

Google pay option is nice, but should have filled out shipping address, and the place order button didn't work/wasn't available until I backed out a couple times.

For some reason when trying to check out it kept losing my shipping method and made me retype everything a few times. Very frustrating but got it done.

ORDERED PARTS 9 WEEKS AGO, WAS NEVER TOLD THEY WHERE NOT ON HAND UNTIL I CALLED A MONTH LATER, SPOKE TOO TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT SAID THEY WHERE COMING AND ON THE WAY, THEY BOTH LIED, SPOKE TO A LADY THAT ACTUALLY DID HER JOB AND DIDN'T LIE OR ARGUE WITH ME, CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES WITH NO CALL BACK MULTIPLY TIMES, USED AUTOMATED EMAIL WITH NO ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR KNOWLEDGE BASE, WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY WHEN THEY COULD HAVE BEEN HONEST OUT OF THE GATE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU MAKE SURE YOU GET PAID KNOWING THE PARTS ARE MONTHS OUT. CANCELLED ORDER DO WASTE YOUR TIME. NOT A TRUCK DRIVEN TYPE COMPANY NO DIFFERENT THEN A CARQUEST WITH THERE KNOWLEDGE BASE, REALLY SAD

Ordered from raneys before was very satisfied. However this time ordered 6 items received them in 5 different shipments. Took over three weeks to deliver. Will think twice before i order again.

Outstanding process. This was by far, the easiest online order I've ever placed. I was worried that it wouldn't show my existing account balance for store credit but it did. Awesome!!!

Way to slow on shipping been over a week to ship within the US. New York to Pensacola FL. I get packages quicker from Canada then this. No reason for it.

I feel I received good value for the money. Would be nice if you had a stocking warehouse on the west coast to reduce shipping times but it wasn't horrible.

There's one kind of wiper that works with this adapter, your advertisement led me to believe I would have a choice and some selection, but not that I've found, the way the wiper snaps in, high risk of losing the wiper, a security clip like ALL the other wipers have would be great.

Ordered these air cleaner cowls and they are a perfect fit. Only thing is they don't come with the plastic guides for the hood but overall a great product!

Website was great, shipping was quick and prompt. The only one thing I would say as a international shopper is that the shipping cost should include import fees also.

I am purchasing a rain cap for a fire protection diesel pump so the sizes don't match exactly, but we can make your rain caps work for our application.
