Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
First time buying from them. Prices seem competative,i just hope products are quality.

It was easy to find what items I wanted because it was broken down into truck, model, and items. Item was delivered within the week of my purchase.
Purchased chrome accessories, problem with product, promptly took care of product defect,, completely satisfied!
It doesn't let you put more than 1 code. Had one for free shipping and one for 7% off. Other than that it's pretty easy and straight forward

item was great, but takes 2 or 3 days before item was even shipped.. would be an awesome improvement if items could be shipped same day as ordered.
Easy to use site. A little confused on the fit of the part, but that's mostly due to vendors selling 2 similar parts under the same part number.

I have spent around 3000 at raneys truck parts in total sofar and I have never been disappointed yet for me it's the best online dealer
The only problem I had was my order came in two shipments. So I had pay customs/ brokerage charges twice on the one part.
So far, so good. Now I gotta wait to see if there all in stock. Still waiting on 2 lights I ordered in June.
My only complaint is our orders take weeks to get to us. The product choices are great but the ship time is very slow.
I think you need to readjust your shipping prices I think they're kind of steep specially when you order lights that don't weigh anything

the flanges were perfect and light weight. I was expecting the metal ones. However it was to a great surprise that I like them.
It was good other than sales tax on parts. My company is tax exempt and there was no way to take the tax off.
