Good luck on getting them to answer you, then when they do finally call you back, they are of no help at all.
Im still waiting on a order from November, that was a 2 weeks lead time, was told i would have it in 2 weeks and still nothing, ignore emails and hold time is an hour plus

My package was completely destroyed. Not sure if any hardware is missing but I have things like this I'm the shop to replace. Not shippers fault for the damage, but is their fault for choosing FedEx in the first place. Packages comes to my business everyday from all carriers. FedEx is by far the worst delivery service available anywhere. Late, damaged, delivery notes ignored.

Easy website to use. Even called customer care to ask a simple question and they really helpful they didn't know the answer right away but instead of lying he told me to hold so he can find the answer for me. That was awesome that's builds trust. Thank you.

Quick and easy. Didn't have the hat I wanted but found another one that will do. Packing was sloppy , got all over the cap and was a pain to remove. Shredded cardboard isn't ideal for packing apparel,

Easy to order, I got a hold of the via email they sent me a coupon. Quick to receive email updates, shipped out and received at reasonable time. what i would like to see in the future is free shipping when spend over certain amount.

Raney's did an awesome job of getting my parts and sending them out on time. I will definitely order from them again.
UPS however was not so professional. They sent my order all over the USA and took 30 days to get my parts delivered.

So easy to shop here they have everything one could ever need for your ride. Shipping times are more than fair. Had the honour of talking with the staff, they are very knowledgeable and know there parts. Great place to shop.

Can't fail. I can always rely on them. Bumper and clearance lights work as they should. High quality.

Your search engine was quick and very easy to use. I did not have to scroll through pages of parts like many other parts websites. Also after reading your "Why shop at Raney's" tab I was very confident in making a purchase and planning on shopping here in the future. Good parts stores are hard to come by in todays day and age.

I didn't call their customer service, they called me apologised for the technical error they had over the weekend and were more than helpful correcting my purchases. This is how a good business turns out to be great! Will continue to use them and promote their customer service.

Raney's has great customer service. I've had had questions and one issue with shipping. It took less then 48 hours to completely resolve the issue. Friendly, courteous, and efficient staff seems to be rare these days.

Checkout was a little bit more of a pain, couple error messages and you really need to pay attention the pre checked boxes if you have a different billing and shipping address. Everything else is fine.

I am very pleased with the quality of the product as installed. I feel like I paid a premium price but I know that is subjective. One side had to be re-drilled to match the holes on my truck which would kind of make it not OEM. I also installed motorized mirrors wish this was not designed to do however like I said in the end I have achieved very good results.

EASY TO ORDER...Have been waiting for two months from another source...after contacting them numerous times they e mailed me today to say they were sorry their shipping partner had failed and they were issuing me a refund ....after using my money for 60 days

I like all your products for my truck and more... The only thing I don't like and I am sure I will be buying more if you had no shipping costs or cheaper... You guys have products that will cost over 200 to ship, but I also understand that items are big... But I wish there is a way to get does Item without pay so much on shipping...

This has happened twice now. I can't log into my account and when I press the "forgot password" it tells me a message will be sent to my email to help reset or unlock it, but nothing comes through and I have to check out as a guest. Very frustrating and time consuming.

The experience was great for the most part. Everything arrived much quicker than expected. My compressor had damage but didn't affect operation any. (I had to bend the mounting flange back to seal the chamber but was not an issue for me) I chose to repair myself rather than go thru the return process. All in all a good deal compared to other air horn sites.

It's nice to be able to get what is ordered quickly! Kudos to the warehouse personnel and order processors! I didn't have to wait a month or longer. I have not had the opportunity to be able to install my rubber shift boot yet, hopefully it works out perfectly. If not I hope returning things will go smoothly.

Came in a timely matter after placing the order.Package arrived in excellent condition with no damages. Haven't installed them yet on the truck due to it still being in body shop getting the hood repaired.

All the folks at Raney's are awesome. Counter salesmen at the chrome shop are well mannered and have a good attitude. They give you attention and help you to be happy with your purchase when it comes to being the right fit for your equipment.
The customer services reps are also wonderful. They work to make you happy when an item is defective and even make sure you get any discount that Raney's is offering. Just great staff all around.
