Raney's Truck Parts

I felt it took way too long for delivery. Almost a month later and I received my lights. I had to call and ask where they were, Raney's did not contact me. In hind sight Amazon would have been better.

I'm not a trucker but was thrilled to discover your wonderful business and website - I inherited a couple of family lawn mowers and vehicles from my late father and needed a reliable fuel transfer pump, which is what brought me first here to Raney's. So glad I can bookmark your company for future reference. Loved the shopping experience and am very excited to try out the pump once it comes in. I'm a woman, and sometimes vehicle maintenance and tools, etc can be a bit overwhelming and intimidating, so being able to browse, research, and shop your site online, including reviews, was tremendously helpful and appreciated. Ups shipping was dismal at best. Your company shipped the 2 parts of same item separately. They were delivered over a week apart. And took over 2 weeks for all parts to arrive. Ups brokerage fees are outrageous. Perhaps usps would be a better option. Product is nice but shipping would discourage me from ordering again. International handling/brokerage cost me $70+. I have no problem paying customs and tax but the rest was too much.

Last night system glitches, restarted process multiple times system froze I gave up. Received text message this morning as "reminder". Since item was still in cart I tried again. Hope I will not be disappointed with product.

Love the selection and pricing is usually spot on. Only issue I have is shipping/ delivery time. 5+days on part of order/ 2 weeks on other. Kinda tough to swallow when Amazon has spoiled use with 2/3 day delivery time. Nonetheless, I will still purchase from Raney's and stop by their store anytime I'm down that way.

Received order several days apart... two parcels... I'm ok with this, but it did cause me some concern at first. So far so good although I would buy more frequently if the shipping cost was better. Doesn't make much sense to pay $10:50 to buy $20 worth of lug nut covers. I mean what do they weigh, 1/2 a pound? And um, truckers know a thing or two about shipping costs.

Had good experience before, but not this time. 500.00 piece of equipment that isn't working and still waiting for customer service to contact me. Shipping was poor too, took almost 2 weeks for me to get it after I ordered it.

Site is very easy to navigate. Quality products. Although todays purchase is rather small,a few years ago we customized our 379 pete to include 8 inch pipes and they still look like new. I have friends who put pipes on after mine who payed more and they are rusting already.

I do have a quality complaint on an earlier purchase made here that I should look into with you just to see what could if anything be done over it. It was a shifter handle I had purchased and the set screws will not stay tight no matter what I've tried. They come loose with in a few shifts and handle rattles loudly. The Allen screws heads are now becoming stripped from trying so hard to keep it tight. Even tried lock tight on the threads to no avail. This is the only product I have ever had any trouble with and I will still continue to shop here and recommend your services.

100% satisfied with my order and delivery time, actually came sooner then I expected. The stainless steel panels I ordered look amazing on our truck and were extremely easy to install. I will definitely be using Raney's truck parts for all of my future orders.

Bought watermelons in October still haven't received my order. Could have just bought then from the chrome shop. Horrible service

First time dealing with RANEY'S when I called customer service they looked to see if they had those same light that would go with an H-11 bulb. They did not and approved me for a return. I will be doing a lot of business with this company. Thank you

Extremely disappointed in the product. Rather than send the actual shortie mud flap, you chose to just cut off a regular mud flap, making installation impossible because there are only two holes. Very unprofessional.

Customer Service response is excellent and options available are extensive. More product size information on item I have ordered would have been nice but I think it will work. Thanks for wiring upgrade information.

Best price on the Wilson 1000 mag mount antenna than any where else! The wish I could have used it for my trip back East a few weeks ago...but was delivered 2 days shy from my departure :( so I had to go to the local truck stop and buy a Lil Wil mag mount. But when I got home and there it was! I was extremely satisfied and money well spent! Will probably put on my 89 Ranger, so when I go into my Montana mountains and "skip" is rolling in, this antenna will do the job. Thanks again! :)

I've had trouble with a few items quality but have had Great customer service and they sent me a new one each time. Even when they told me is was off of warranty.

Your website needs to show if an item is in stock. My order came in 4 separate shipments and most of what I ordered were parts to build an air line hose assembly that were no good to me until the final item arrived which was the hose.

I could have went to my Mack dealer same day and got everything I needed, but would have costed me a little more money. You need to just sell the dress up truck parts and forget about repair parts if you can not have in stock something as simple as emergency and service air lines!

Great quality mud flaps. Very happy with them. Had an issue with the delivery address and the manufacturer. After several days and customer service representative, Andrew, keeping on top we finally got our order. Worked out great for us.
