After being contacted by a sales rep, they went the extra to change the shipping, very much appreicated.

I'm very frustrated with the delivery. Take 26days to deliver 3 orders out of 4 orders and still the order 4 is not yet deliver...and you asking me for the customer satisfaction survey. When my orders are not finish.

Claimed they never received a return despite me having confirmation of the return. Will never shop with them again!

It sure makes shopping for Peterbilt parts easy for us guys who are behind the wheel driving all day long when all of the "shops" are open.
You guys have a great web site and it user friendly, cause I'm not great on a computer.

I like that I received the email about the sale going with lighting. My husband has been wanting these lights and I have been putting it off. I just couldn't resist with a 10% savings. Every little bit helps.

My order was as I requested. Products were what I expected. Arrived in timely fashion considering weather.
Only comment I can make is I wish I would have been informed my order was coming in 2 separate shipments.

Thanks for the great savings on my LED marker lights which cost $80 at the stealership. I picked them up at your company for an astounding price of $17 each. So I bought six of them and saved a ton of money!

After getting charged for shipping, it was suppose to be free. I had to pay $21 upon delivery for customs just to receive the package. I had no idea just how expensive this experience was going to be I paid over $50 US just to receive the product... very disappointing!

My grandson seen all the trucks on your website and went crazy! He picked out several which I ordered them for him to give to him on Christmas! I was both pleased and extremely satisfied with the quality and details of all the trucks! My grandson loves them!

Easy to order and had the items I needed. Also had items that I had looked for previously at other retail stores. The only negative was the shipping was much higher than I expected for such a small package required.

Not good, after I placed my order I kept checking the shipment. After a week and a half still shipment Saturday d pending. So I called and they said the product was out of order and they wouldn't have them for almost 2 months. 3 days after that they messaged me and said they were in so I said yes I still want them. They said we will have them sent out right away. Three days later still no shipment so I again called and inquired about my order and come to find out the paperwork was never even sent to their shipping department for the items to get shipped. We ordered these headlights a month ago to be sure they would work in the truck. When we discovered they would work, we ordered a second set. Great product and super quick delivery; even out to the middle of nowhere

It is very unclear if things are a pair or fit both sides...but you said FREE SHIPPING on orders over 75$... wtf! Tempted to cancel this order but it took forever to complete...not even sure of what I'm getting...I've spent lots of money and still dont have the right part! Spent 60.00 or so shipping my free shipping parts and then 60.00 or so shipping them back still no credit on my card,had help getting the 2nd visor and it to cost to ship plus it's the wrong part...wtf 180.00 in shipping a free shipping part plus the 2nd was damaged...

This seat cover almost fit, but not quite all the way on the seat part. The back fits as expected. The reason it gets a 1 star is the material that is used on the bottom of the seat for lacing the seat tightly is extremely thin and stretchy. It will be tearing any day now and it's only been on there 5 days. Also the seat material doesn't allow you to "slide" across the seat as you enter the truck...this further pulls the lacing on the underside of the seat.

At checkout was supposed to have free shipping, would not validate it at checkout. Tried a coupon code, didn't work either. After checkout everything was corrected and shipped as it was supposed to be, very happy with the way everything was handled.

Parts and products have been great. Reward points are great, thank you.I just recently purchased a Freightliner classic day cab you have a wide variety of parts. I'm still not done,I look forward to finishing my project with Raneys products.

Couldn't access paypal from your site. It stated in the description that the hubs may not fit all 4 point wheels. Of course it would not fit mine as the notches were not exactly equal at the four sites that I needed them. Also your site did not offer any alternative to fit my wheels. Very disappointed.

I could not redeem my 5% off that was sent to me. I was extremely disappointed that my product came from 4 different locations so I had to use 4 different custom clearances. Never again thanks anyway..

The shipping was a little confusing. I ordered a winterfront with included hardware, and it shipped out from 2 locations, but I only received one tracking number. I emailed customer support and they were very helpful in getting the second tracking number. I'm very pleased with the response time, and with how helpful everyone was. I'll definitely order more from you when the time comes

Not very satisfied with my order, we purchased a microwave and an inverter that was supposed to be the perfect inverter to run the microwave, the inverter was not strong enough to run the microwave so we had no choice but to purchase a more expensive inverter on top of the one we purchased.

Ordering was quick and shipping was fast! Will be ordering lots more in the future. Cannot beat the pricing.
