Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.

Poor quality and fit I would like to return. Raneys helped me out with great service it's just the united pacific brand. Are there any other options?
I bought pure wave inverter just for this microwave I have a 3000 W microwave in my truck but bought another one because it said I needed a certain type of inverter got microwave hooked up the new inverter microwave ran but would not warm food up
First time buyer here, will see what Canada Customs charges are and if the do not destrot anything or be rediculess on duty then for sure I will be purchasing more as there is no suppliers like this here. Well i received all ordered in 2 seperate shipments which created a ridiculous duty charge from custons and UPS, $ 90.00 total cost,that makes the items over priced,guess not going that route again with canadian exchange +duty $400.00 total cdn. No thx not again.
Getting my Amber lights for very tricky for other websites but coming on to Raneys it was easy to order and I received my clearance Amber lights at a reasonable time. I would use this company again for any other lights that I may need for my truck thank you.
I hope I am not premature in my rating. This is my first-ever order with this company so I hope the product arrives safely, meets its review ratings I read prior to choosing this product, and arrives soon while I am home during this coronavirus social distancing shutdown timeframe I will adhere to.
I didn't realize that Raneys had to order the part from someone else and wouldn't ship for over two weeks. When I received the package the box had a lot of damage, there was a piece of the product visible thru a tear in the box. I took a lot of photo's prior to opening the box. Thankfully there was no visible damage to the product. I will not have a chance to install it for several months.
I have not recieved my ordered bunk matress. I wish that I could either get my order or get my money back.
Everything else fitted but the two chrome caps did not work.
5 STAR RATING...As a Owner/Operator ordering parts several times a month, I was impressed with the ease of moving through your website to get to what I needed and placing my order within minutes. I did have to contact customer service about my delivery date and again I was impressed, customer service rep was professional, efficient and courteous. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Ordered on the 12th shipped on the 20th,attempted to contact on the 16-17th through the wed site for a tracking number (which they have no proof of) and never responded. Bottom line on the site it should say that it will take more time then usual to ship and it would've been fine. But I received it and I'm happy with the product.
Trying to pay at the end was a little frustrating because I was trying to use the company American Express card and did not know that the security code it was asking for was on the front. All your site said when it would not process was for me to "Check payment information" If it at least said what was wrong with the payment information I would have already placed the order last Wednesday.
I had been watching these accessories for some time and searched the Internet for the best price. But then I found raneys and they had exactly what I was looking for but not only that but they also have instructions on installing accessories. And I also like the option of using affirm as a way to make payments. And I was looking for accessory lights and couldn't find what I was looking for and a representative sent me a link to find them. That's great customer service and I'm a happy customer. If you love your truck like I do than raneys is your place, check them out

It was satisfactory 10/10 in my book. I would like for you guys to add a peterbuilt 377 model to the line up tho. I know most peterbuilt things interchanges threw the 90s, but it would be nice to see the option for 377.
The seat cover that we bought for our Freightliner was great but the one for our Kenworth was not good at all. It doesn't fit nearly as well and it was more expensive and we had to wait quite a while to get it.
Why 3 Stars:
My first order came directly from Tera, who makes the pump. They slapped a label on the merchandising box and shipped it. WTF. It came broken. Why Tera would send a product not double boxed is just bad, lazy business.
I filed a damage complaint with Raney's, and they made it right. Raney's double boxed the pump and sent it. I received the second pump undamaged.
Why the first pump was send by Tera and Raney's the second time is questionable and thus 3 Stars.
So far it's been all good.Anything I have ordered has arrived on schedule intact.
So far good! I will have to wait and see how the delivery process goes and if I am satisfied with the product.

The only thing I wasn't happy with was having to pay an extra $16 at the time of delivery. The$16 wasn't a big deal but I had to make arrangements to have someone home to pay it otherwise it wouldn't be delivered
The customer service was great! They didnt tell me that there supplier wasnt on time and that my order was going to be delayed because of. I had to call and ask why I havent recieved my order on time. Once I did and ask for discount it was offered.
Dash mat for a 2017 Cascadia Freightliner does not work, the defrost holes are in the wrong place. The 2017 has them centered on the dash and the mat that was sent has 4 of them along the bottom of the mat therefor blocking any air flow from the defroster vents
Yes I have a issue my freightshaker mud flap weights arrive with no bolts or screws, I like doing business with you guys but this didn't sit well with me, yes you might say it's just sum bolts n screws but my weights still sitting in the box until I go buy sum!
Welding is real tacky, paint is great!, service is definitely great!
