Always had good response until this order took to long for a call back I ended up ordering part from another company and received it before you called me back thanks

I should of been buy stuff from y'all all along 4 states has messed up on everything I've ordered from them and I'll never do business with them again

Had a minor issue with a fuel tank but customer support replied within 2 days and offered a partial credit or to swap it at no charge. Very nice to deal with, will use them again.

I attempted to order for the first time from this company, Near a month later, NO PRODUCT Some of the poorest communication I've ever had from any company, Filed a dispute just to get my money back, I'd politely suggest using a better organized company to purchase from, Not Recommended!

Raney's site is always easy to navigate, and the order always comes on time. I will always recommend Raney's to my trucking friends.

Part I ordered was received in good condition haven't installed on the truck yet because it's in the paint shop.

I refused to pay the additional UPS charge after i paid the shipping, having the parts returned. Im no on the hook for all the original shipping and a restock charge. I wa told they wont ship to my USPS PO Box, but the previous order i made was shipped to my USPS PO Box. Never again with Raney's

I ordered an emblem that I had seen advertised. Went to the site, found the item, clicked and purchased, had it in a few days. How much easier can be? Thanks

All thing considered, the website is great, the parts available are great but I paid $27 bucks to ship plastic lug covers and eight days to deliver it.

I have ordered from Raney's before so a return customer because of their customer service, quick response, reliability, correct parts and quality of parts. I definitely recommend their service.

Visor fit perfect cab lights and sleeper lights needed slight modifications but it all turned out The staff was very professional and helped me with all my needs. Thank you, raineys

Ordered part on January 5th, 2023 and it is now March 31,2023 and still waiting on part.
Have not heard anything from them until I get a request for this survey.

I ordered 2 refrigerators for trucks in my fleet. They arrived on time with no issues. Units fit in trucks wth no problems. Brackets kit had everything I needed.

I purchased a sending unit for my fuel tank and isolater straps and received them quickly. The customer service was great to work with and the items worked out well.

Ordered and received in 3 days.will order from Raney's again

Ordered a couple of LEDS to replaced burned out ones on my Silverado 3500HD running board. Great fit, finish and worked perfectly.

I had a problem with my part i received and Raneys was quick to get my issue resolved. Great customer service. Took care of me right away. I will definitely order from them again and tell my peeps!

ORDERED PARTS 9 WEEKS AGO, WAS NEVER TOLD THEY WHERE NOT ON HAND UNTIL I CALLED A MONTH LATER, SPOKE TOO TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT SAID THEY WHERE COMING AND ON THE WAY, THEY BOTH LIED, SPOKE TO A LADY THAT ACTUALLY DID HER JOB AND DIDN'T LIE OR ARGUE WITH ME, CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES WITH NO CALL BACK MULTIPLY TIMES, USED AUTOMATED EMAIL WITH NO ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR KNOWLEDGE BASE, WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY WHEN THEY COULD HAVE BEEN HONEST OUT OF THE GATE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU MAKE SURE YOU GET PAID KNOWING THE PARTS ARE MONTHS OUT. CANCELLED ORDER DO WASTE YOUR TIME. NOT A TRUCK DRIVEN TYPE COMPANY NO DIFFERENT THEN A CARQUEST WITH THERE KNOWLEDGE BASE, REALLY SAD

Ordered these air cleaner cowls and they are a perfect fit. Only thing is they don't come with the plastic guides for the hood but overall a great product!

Came in good time. Delivery driver, FED-X just through it in my driveway if I wouldn't have seen it,I would have backed out of my garage and drove over it. Called and filed complaint with them.
