Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
I have nothing bad to say about your product and service I'm very pleased with the handles but nevertheless I'm very disappointed with ups and unfortunately will never order anything from you again because of ups.
Shopping was great,great site,,to much that I would like to have. Delivery time on order? The only complaint I have is the over all price,,with shipping,duties, taxes and broker fees the price was just about double. UPS dinged me for another $110.00 at delivery. Do u have any outlets on this side of the border?

My little boy has asked for a tanker truck for Christmas. We had not been able to find any that were the quality and size we were wanting. I searched the internet and you site came up and the scaled size was what we were looking for AND for a good price. He will love them:-) We bought 2. !WOW! I went from being frustrated because of a shipping issue, to being very impressed. I complained about the issue and they went above an beyond to rectify the problem and were very apologetic. I have not dealt with anyone ever who has done more to provide excellent customer service. Thank you, you have a life long customer in me.
Easy order process only problem I have is that there is no email sent giving the tracking info or letting me know when item was shipped. I had to contact customer service for my tracking info, they got it to me quickly. Have always had a good experience every time I needed to contact customer service. Everything was as expected on order.
The compressor I received in the horn kit was defective. Now I'm told the manufacture won't have a replacement until possibly the third week of August. Not exactly how I wanted the shopping experience to continue. I find it difficult for a company that sells several types of horns that a replacement couldn't have been found in the warehouse. Instead They made it go through a warranty procedure with the manufacture and frankly it should've just been replaced instead of making me wait another month.
Only one problem now is that Ramey's needs to contact me because they sent too many boxes of the same thing. Customer service said they would contact me back and get a shipping label to me to return the parts. Have not heard a word out of them.
I was looking for that refrigerator almost 4 months.

Very friendly and quick to respond to my questions. Very happy so far. A quality issue occurred by the manufacturer, so a new one had to be built. This delayed me getting it for another month. Well worth it though, very happy overall with everything.

It's ok u guys take to long to ship I ordered some glo lights last week still haven't heard anything from you guys but u guys sent me the 3 prong wiring already like what am I going to do with that without the lights

Some things are a little incomplete as far as descriptions, didn't get the cup holder I ordered looks nothing like the one in the picture, the short extension is a course thread that doesn't even work as an extension because it's fine thread, but again the description left that out
Raneys contacted me about an issue with the order and resolved it quickly and satisfactorily. I was impressed. The item was still shipped quickly and completely. Raneys will work with you to find parts which are not in inventory and are also willing to give a price comparison on items purchased from other vendors. "No, you got a better price on that item." When have I ever heard this?
Headlights were not good, one has broken light inside and looks like someone from your company or a supplier on your behalf, tried to fix it, but they could not do, and instead of replacing it, they shipped it as it is.! And the other headlight has a yellow ring light indicator.!
I am not satisfied with the headlights.!
A piece on my steering wheel came in broken and customer service righted the wrong immediately! After installing the steering wheel I've noticed it has easily gotten some minor chips and scratches in it, and once in a while the city horn button assembly wheel work loose and pop out! Granted I have not hooked city horn up yet!
The website had a few issues, but that could have been due to traffic. The parts arrived well packaged, in tact and as described. I haven't had the opportunity to put them on yet, but look forward to it. Thanks and I will be a customer again!

Not sure which order you are referencing. Just said yes thinking you would identify the part. If it's the exhaust tip, then yes very nice.
Mounting kit should verify if it is bolt-on or weld-on. Not everything is included on the extra $150 mounting kit. After additional modification and time everything seems to function as it should. Next time I would spend a little extra $$$ and get something that's better designed.
Was shipped the wrong product which didn't fit the truck. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops to be able to return it. Still haven't heard anything back if they received the return or if they are going to send the right product. We'll see what happens, hopefully they'll do the right thing.
Easy to order, after I got me invoice in the email I noticed a handling charge? What is that for, having to have someone pick it? Pretty cheesy, wont ever buy from there again nor will I recommend anyine to buy form there!
Ordering from Canada was very expensive. With the money conversion and having to pay an extra $44 for taxes and duty it is just not worth it to order from your company but I do love the product and the shopping experience was great!
