Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
Received partial shipment still waiting for late shipment
Even though I purchased the dash cover for my kenworth according to size chart, it didn't fit. I need to return.

My ignition switch was the wrong part. Its not a pronged plug in. It has to be wired

The good: the product is excellent. I couldn't be happier.The bad: no shipping notice email was ever sent. I finally followed up after several days and they asked for my physical address and said it would ship the next day. (I had given a PO box number). FedEx later had to call me to correct Raney addressing mistake on the label. Conclusion: Great product, but flawed processing of order and delivery.
Tip for consumers:
I thought they used USPS. I gave a PO box number. I never got a shipping confirmation email. I had placed the order on 4/16. I called to follow up a week later. It finally was shipped via FedEx on 4/26 and arrived on 4/29. FedEx had had to call me because the shipping label had a critical error in the delivery address. The whole process was less than satisfactory.

I installed the light a couple of days after I got it. But it wasn't a centrical blinking light as the one is on the other side. I thought it was and had installed it already.
