So for the bull air horn does not make me happy it is not as loud as you would think for the size of it but in comparison to the price it is OK but as far as the functionality of this particular unit it is not recommended for use in the trucking industry
You didn't call or email me that the order was on back order. I had to call you twice to find out if I was going to get the order. Your people are not very professional to customers. My dealing with your company is not very GOOD.
Everything else fitted but the two chrome caps did not work.
The parts was correct but it took 2 months to receive the product when I ordered it said 2 weeks
The refrigerator arrive quickly in great condition. Fits in the truck perfectly.
Lights fit good and the shipping was a lot faster then previously.

Great. I did have a question about the use of the angled exhaust bracket with a straight clamp. Your tech guy told me I had to use an angled clamp with the angled bracket. He was wrong. The straight clamp worked perfectly with the angled bracket to give me the perfect distance from my cab to my exhaust. He seemed like he was answering my question so that he sounded like he knew what he was talking about rather than admitting that he didn't know.
Everytime I place an order I am blown away by the quality of the part and the shipping speed! I am an owner operator and I need parts fast, I have never been let down! They say people will tell a couple people about a positive experience, and even more people about a bad one. Well I tell everyone with a truck about Raney's Truck Parts!
The overall experience was great, realized we ordered the wrong cowl panels, called Raney's and they were able to cancel the wrong panels and I was able to order the right panels. Made the exchange very easy and order was filled in a timely manner.
I am always able to find what I need for our Truck! Always in stock and easy and affordable.
Both pieces damaged. Haven't been able to get any help yet.
