I would describe myself as a novice when it comes to modifying my car, but AM makes it so easy to narrow down and find what I want within my budget. Plus, AM can help find shops near you in case DYI isn't your thing. They even have their own videos on YouTube for walkthroughs on the products they sell which is really cool. Their shipping is fast and reliable, everything is packed nice and neat in the boxes. I will happily continue buying fun things for my car through AM.
I have ordered atleast 5,000$ worth of parts this past year. I have had problems with quite a few of them. This last one aggravated me though and I am not happy with American muscle. I ordered the MP concepts rear led diffuser lights about 9 months ago. 3 of the l.e.d. Lights just burnt out! I called American muscle and they said there is nothing they can do because they aren't warrantied. Lol so you sell a product that breaks after 9 months and don't even offer to discount new ones?! Smh

Ordered a cat back exhaust system for my car from American muscle. Have sorted all the parts for my car already which makes it easy to research and compare. Ordered with ease and was surprised that they have a local install option that not only I used but it was cheaper than quotes from other shops and I was able to get it installed on my date and not the other way around like normal shops try to pull these days. Also I get shipping updates which is helpful too.
As the title states, I had a good experience with this company. I ordered a spare tire kit for my car, and it arrived within a couple of days after ordering online. I think it was priced fairly. I've seen some of these kits slightly cheaper elsewhere, but I wouldn't trust the quality of their products. What I received will definitely have me considering to order from them in the future. Thank you.
They shipped my package out fast and i got it earlier than expected! The box was in rough condition but everything inside was well packed so nothing got damaged. Overall great experience!
The variety of items and the great online customer support.
I saw some parts on sale that really caught my attention, but I was not 100% sure they were compatible with my car. I used the chat feature on the website, that quickly led to one of their sales reps calling me directly to ensure what I was getting was not only correct, but the best price possible even showing me (and applying for me) coupons to help me save even more money, then processing my order for me over the phone.

I love this cover! It fits like a glove! Super stretchy but clings to your car and doesn't sag anywhere. Really easy to put on yourself, no help needed. You won't be disappointed at all.

The part was easy to install and fit perfectly. There were no alignment or fitment issues. I would suggest having install videos, specific for your products, on your website with easy access. I obtained all my information regarding removal and install, for your products, on youtube. I just ordered a chin spoiler and again all installation info was only available on youtube with 3rd party downloads. I could find on your site how to install the parts for a Mustang or a Challenger. However, I own a 2022 Charger.
Items were priced well and delivered as scheduled. Gas cover was a little wiggly when installed. Fixed issue with by using some weather stripping. Controller works great

From spark plug to stock intake soon wheels and much more. Never have to worry about fit or looking through countless forms to see if stuff will fit or work. Takes the hustle out of building something wonderful so you can enjoy the ride and look flashy doing it.
A friend recommended it and after coming other sites this will be the one I stick with.
I spoke with a sales person before purchasing a tuner. Received my product, they suggested, and it wasn't like seen online. No wifi and gauge/data log for my car. Called back, spoke to a tune professional to exchange for a tuner that can. I will see when I get it. I'm a little upset they are charging me $23 when the tuners at the time I purchased were a $2 difference.
Suppose to be a reputable company an I have purchased from them in the past.

I love shopping here. Great prices, good stuff. I watch other places but with free shipping on most everything, its hard to beat.
My shopping experience here is always the best. When I have questions of anything these guys are quick to help, especially Josh P. This guy goes beyond I feel of what he should be doing, and he does that to ensure that the best and proper item gets selected the 1st time! And as a consumer/customer I just really appreciate that! Selection…great, shipping…great, product quality…okay- past products have been excellent…this time was bad. More of a manufacturing gap, but AM is my contact point. Returning…not so great. I like the digital interface, but the tech behind it is frustrating. Site doesn't keep info stored if your screen times out. Shipping label link doesn't work. We will see if I get a refund.

Purchased a clutch kit for a Ford Mustang, what arrived was previously returned items, nothing for my car, just the cardboard box was correct. Also a flywheel for a Nissan 350Z, problem was I live in Australia due to additional flywheel cost of freight nearly doubled.
Manager never return my calls, they want broken items returned for refund, problem is freight $450 USD as much as the item so no come back. Absolute disgrace, there mistake by some stupid packer has cost me $450 USD for garbage parts and $450 freight, will never buy from this company again. CJPony one of a few who will get my custom..

Great as described and fast shipping. Look like what was pictured online. One small mishap the nuts shipped separate.
Paid for overnight shipping on Order # 40-******* on Apr 24 2024 2:26AM.
Won't receive item till - Saturday Apr 27 2024.
Called UPS, they said American Muscle did not have the package ready till Apr 24 at 8PM, which was past pickup time, with a confirmation number of when it was picked up. (see Photo 1)
Called American Muscle Support, got hung up on twice, and called back to get told "No refunds for overnight shipping" and blamed UPS. Even when they are at fault per UPS and per American Muscles internal shipping notification section (see photo 2).
Also, if your a veteran and you verify with the website, it's actually only a 5% discount, not 10%. 10% only on select few items.
This was my first and last purchase from American Muscle.
