I had a great experience at Raineys. I identified a problem with the product they were selling in the resolve the issue quickly. Customer service contact with me and went out of their way to resolve the issue.

I ordered the long dashboard shelf for the international prostar. The quality of the product is sub-standard. For example, the storage drawer was broken and detached from the unit. The chrome trim was dented and scratched and the carpet was separating from the assembly. The fit and finish really isn't very good. I have some woodworking skills so I decided instead of returning the product, that I would take some of my time and repair the item myself and adjust the fit to suit my truck. I like the shelf, however, I don't think it was worth the price since I had to fix the quality issues. The manufacturer needs to get its quality control in check or at least let the customer know that some reassembly may required.

I received the parts that I ordered on time and well packaged. However, the quality was very poor and I returned them. I contacted customer service about the cost of return shipping and was told I was expected to pay the cost of returning the parts; this was very irritating because had the product been a quality product, a return would not have been necessary. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with my first, and only, business transaction with Raneys.

We ordered a set of headlights for a Peterbilt truck. We received one quickly but the other one was on back order. They were very nice and informed us if we found one somewhere else they would refund us the money for the one that was on back order and they did held true to their word.

I ordered a Grille Guard. I received the reinforcement parts first and box was damaged and there were some missing parts. When I contacted Raneys about the issue, I was sent out another package immediately and the problem was resolved promptly.

I ordered the wrong ones the first time, my mistake not Raney's. I reordered the right ones they fit perfectly and I got a full refund from my first order less the shipping charges. Very happy with my dealings with Raneytruckparts.com.

I've ordered products from Raneys in the past and products were always shipped quickly. The last couple times it was 5 days before they were shipped out. Just disappointed in the time it takes for products to be shipped

The correspondence time is great. Norm will get back with you very quickly with any info you need. What wasn't great was that I placed my order on a Tuesday morning and it did not ship until the following Monday. I confirmed before I placed the order that it was in stock. It took 13 days from the time I submitted my order until the part arrived at my shop. I really like the part but I will shop somewhere else next time.

Item was backordered for over a month, but Raneys kept in contact with me with the necessary updates on my order. Very good customer service and communication. Will order from Raneys again in the future!

Wasnt informed of out of stock at purchase. Was 2 weeks before I contacted customer service to find out it was out of stock. Could have been listed on the website as in stock or not. Could have been sent a status of the item at purchase. Shouldnt have had to email to find this out.

Ordering was easy, delivery was terrible. I call about 10 days later and I was informed it wouldn't be sent out until mid September. I was told stock order comes in then and nothing they can do other than order it from a 2nd party. I feel the customer should be told at time of ordering. When I ordered it said it was in stock also.

Easy & quick! But they were the wrong item. I have received your RMA Information & will be shipping them back today! I needed the 33mm non-threaded lug covers to fit for my application. Took awhile because my printer broke & I had to wait until the beginning of the month to buy a new one! I couldn't print out your RMA instructions!

The wheel arrived damaged and missing hub kit(which is included on this wheel). The initial shipment took nine days. This seems a little long. When the wheel arrived it was scratched and the leather was worn and wrinkled. Raneys shipped a new wheel out, but because of complications with manufacturer and UPS the wheel was delayed another week. Alantra in customer service was the saving grace for Raneys for me. She was very polite and professional.
