Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
Nice everything in one place. But missing a lot of chrome accessories such as door trim and other smaller chrome pieces that i had to find on different websites
When items are shipped direct from your suppliers, they seem to be a little slower in shipping them out. Would like to see order delivered complete. Not different days or partial orders shipped.

Parts are being sent back. The vents went right through the holes in the dash. I decided instead of replacing all 4 to just order an original from International Dealer.
I'll return to this site. I've seen a few items that I like with a reasonable price. Do your LED side clearance lights require wiring or do they plug in?

This order was a mess. The toggle extensions didn't work either. Along with the shifter know. Everything else I ordered was fine, and is on the truck. I've since placed other orders so we shall see.
One of the lights was broke when we got them and it takes forever to receive order. Still waiting on the replacement. Service associates were very nice and helpful.
So far all my experiences have been good and the prices better than the outrageous truck stop prices. I'll be shopping with you when I need more stuff. Thanks.

Ordered 2 but the sales lady only billed for 1. Had to get a 2 one and pay shipping again
Never notified that 1 item on order was shipped by manufacturer from CA. Split order caused delivery delay for repair date on my commercial truck. Loss in time/revenue.
Everything was easy to find and price beat any where I looked. Only bad thing was every type of item was shipped separately so it took over 2 weeks to get the full order
Ohhh well the delivery with ups no good leave package at wrong addres with out anybody sign for package and like Rayne's costumer service said that i have to wait for them to get a claim voucher for them to send another package and i'm already getti g bill with out the parts finldly find tbe parts talking to mi friend henry..
It was great, I just did not know enough of what I was trying to order and I did not see a cover that had Freightliner in the center of a black circle. The hub covers were to thin and when I placed them on the wheels I dented them
Very happy had a warranty claim and it was handled quickly got my new part within a few days
A little disappointed that one of the items ordered did not fit my application. I ordered floor liners and window vent shades for two different trucks. One Freightliner and one Kenworth, the Kenworth vent shades that where sent didn't fit our vehicle. Also a little disappointed that in order to return the item I have to arrange and pay for the return shipping. Where at AMOZON returning an item is free shipping.
