Website was great, shipping was quick and prompt. The only one thing I would say as a international shopper is that the shipping cost should include import fees also.

I am purchasing a rain cap for a fire protection diesel pump so the sizes don't match exactly, but we can make your rain caps work for our application.

We purchase this atlas for traveling with our 5th wheel camper. It was recommended by other RV'ers and we found it much cheaper here on this site. Thank you.

I was ok. Wish it would have told me an estimated delivery date. I own four trucks and would like several parts. Like bumpers, but shipping is too high.

I've ordered and received visor, led lights, chopped door panels, complete mirror assy's and various chrome parts. I am very satisfied, got to drive for more chrome lol.

There is a problem with the small guage covers. Spoke to 3 different people about problem. The last guy said he would check into it and call me the next day. That was 3 days ago. Still no resolution

Shipping is too slow. I can't have my truck broke down for this amount of time. I ordered a coolant tank, took a week to get it, found out it was broken, still waiting for my replacement.

To they sent to my Canadian address instead not only
Taking twice as long but cost me an extra $103.00
In fees and duties needed the part or I would have
Had it returned to sender but was worried I would

The website was easy to navigate. The prices were lower than anywhere I found. I have saved Raneys in my bookmark, to easily find them when looking for items that they may carry.

Seat cover, bottom piece it's not big in off to stay in place! Sunvisor was missing 22 stainless steel 1/4'screws, washers and nuts,which supports visor to brackets!

Product was used to replace switch covers that had missing red pearls for sometime. Just adds to the look I'm looking for. Elegant and professional. Great seevice

Products are really good, but unfortunately the shipping cost and duties are very expensive, raneys chrome should have policy for over 50 or 100$ order free shipping

I've seen this scam before they look legit it seems as if your ordering something but in fact your just transferring your Money to there account immediately with no expectation of them fulfilling the order. After a few days of no activity if you dont respond they just keep your Money and move on but if you make contact...They will claim...There was a shipment issue from the Distributor but if you give them time they claim they will resolve the issue. They tell you you can have your refund BUT first they have to ensure the item isnt already shipped which it never was and they know that. Now you demand a refund and they again pretend they are refunding but out of the Blue the Item shipped 2 days ago so now no refund you have to wait for the Item then return it then get your refund. Call your Bank report the charge as Fraud or challenge it so you get your Money without waiting 4 months.

Parts are great so far I believe that I can retro fit. But the cost of shipping to Canada and border duties were a killer on pricing.
