I always like to offer my comments it seems like your system hold you at Bay until you offer one my shopping experience was good I wonder if anyone will call me about or email me about the parts I'm still looking for they're listed below thank you

Shopping has always been great for the products they carry for my 1985 k100, i have to say they have the best selection for sure but still with there were more products available for my truck, if you guys had them i would buy it all lol! I still need to get a grille insert and surround for the truck but im not sure if the surround is available?.

Ordered product it showed up when they said it was going to and it worked on the truck was impressed

Overall, very satisfied with the shopping, ordering, & shipping process. However, the product was not welded very well. It broke at a welded spot on the first use. Since we are OTR we will have it welded ourselves rather than attempting a return because we have no idea when we'll get home.

I drive a chevy van, needed west coast mirrors, seem to be difficult to find, I got mirror set up for a freightliner. These look awesome on my truck, I recommend raney's truck parts to who ever is looking for custom pieces for your truck... very happy

Easy page to search, The floor mats I purchased were the least expensive at Raneys than any other place I could find online. They were a little pricey but I think they will be worth it in the long run. I hate having a dirty floor board.

My Order was split in too, it was written as Partially Shipped. The first item was Shipped out, and came in 3/4 days. The next shipment took about a week and a half (two weeks), when it came from the warehouse it was Shipped out, and it took about 3 days before the Holidays started. Thanks...

Couldnt have timed the arrival of the horns any better. The horns arrived the same day i did. Just a few hours difference. This is my second set. First set, came apart. Second set is falling apart. Trying to keep it intact and in tune...

The selection at Raney's is limited, unless you know how to get creative. What I bought will work, but not because it was designed for Cascadias.
Prices are marginally better compared to others ONLY AFTER taxes, s/h. Good quality, though.

Confirmed it would fit but they didn't follow through with order had to call 2 weeks later they said the didn't have confirmation it would fit they made sure it was ok to while I was on the phone the second time

I expected my order to ship next day and was disappointed when it took almost 2 weeks to ship. I was not informed it would take that long and most likely would have ordered it from another source if I would have.

Took too long to ship. Most places I order from ship a lot quicker and then give a tracking #. Took over a week for my order to ship. No tracking #. When I tried to contact the company took several days for them to respond. Larry B. Beck

The products are A+ we searched high and low to find the final cut stainless steel/diamond plate buffer wheels as a all Volunteer Fire Department we take great pride in our apparatus not only for making a statement around town and to maintain our equipment but during parade season as well which is now in full swing we will absolutely be ordering more products if you have any input as to better products for the job please feel free to send it our way thank you very much! The part did not fit, it needs an adapter. I tried to read the ad to make sure that it was a screw on and did not need an adapter just doesn't work

The customer service assistants were very courteous and helpful with price matching on the bumper and LED mud flap/Center TailLight panels. Sheila responded to our request, followed up with us after delivery and returned phone calls promptly.

I received it in a timely manner but had to return it as I didn't realize it was a radio for a truck. I was looking for an ordinary radio for my kitchen. I would hope you have received the return by now and issued my credit.

The website is very user friendly and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The pictures are clear and descriptions are accurate. The payment procedure was also very user friendly. A good experience all the way around.

Love my steering wheel looks great. Not happy with the fact that the hub sent was incorrect. I was told it was my fault but I ordered the one for my truck and it was incorrect. I was told to return the hub at my cost for shipping and a new one to be sent out. I should not have to pay return shipping not my mistake. I ordered another hub and paid for it. I guess life goes on.

Raney's truck parts is awesome they've design a website easier to operate than anybody else in the business I wouldn't be surprised if people followed suit just remember a nice the people that buy your products are honest hard-working Americans who get treated poorly everywhere they go with everything from overpriced showers food and no selection of products from one truck stop to the next remember to keep your prices low and your quality of products High with exceptional customer service

So for the bull air horn does not make me happy it is not as loud as you would think for the size of it but in comparison to the price it is OK but as far as the functionality of this particular unit it is not recommended for use in the trucking industry

You didn't call or email me that the order was on back order. I had to call you twice to find out if I was going to get the order. Your people are not very professional to customers. My dealing with your company is not very GOOD.

Ordered it and within a week, it got delivered. Easy to find the part online and order process was easy.
