Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
Lights fit good and the shipping was a lot faster then previously.
Every thing good but the bolts that came with the mud flap reflectors were no good as soon as you Titan them up you can't unTitan the bolt have bad coating on them they have to be cut off if I have to change mud flap on road not good wood like new ones please thank you

When shipping to Canada via UPS you should give an option to prepay customs. It was an unexpected extra $50 I had to pay which made it such a price that I could have purchased for a lower price locally
Ordered the product on October 10th before 5PM EST, Product did not ship until the 16th, even with a $40 shipping charge. Product did not arrive until the afternoon of October 21.11 days to complete an order for a set of quarter fenders? That seems a little long, especially if I can get a set ordered locally from a supplier to arrive on a stock order in 1-4 days.
The product that I had purchased does not fit the truck like it is supposed to. I ordered the Lock on guards for the freightliners at our company. The cap does not fit between the fuel cap and fuel tank, but fits over the cap and the neck. It seems like the metal on the guard is too thick. This is true on our 2005 - 2015 freightliners. It even says on the box that it is for Freightliner. They do fit on our Sterlings, so we can still use them. If the issue can be figured out I am looking to order 20 - 30 more sets. If this issue cannot be resolved I will look elsewhere. Thank you!
Wish there was a little more info on the product intended use. I thought the product I was buying was for a different use. After recieving it, the box was so badly damaged. When I requested to return it, they would not cover the return, seeing that it was not possible to send in original box. It would have cost me $85 to return and they wouldn't even help me out w their discounted mailing rates. So I opted to keep it and try and sell locally. I would not buy w them again.

Raney's didn't screw me around by cancelling my order like their competition, they had the hard to find part I needed and shipped it to Canada with no hassle.
These were drop shipped so it took a few extra days that I expected, but when I called the gal found my order quickly and supplied me with accurate delivery dates. Very helpful, I'll be back.
When items are shipped direct from your suppliers, they seem to be a little slower in shipping them out. Would like to see order delivered complete. Not different days or partial orders shipped.

Good but two out of four products were damaged upon receiving and did not have another 2 weeks to wait on replacement parts and pay for return shipping after I had already spent over $200 in shipping
