Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
Thought both shift boots were shipped together. Received an email the day after I ordered online saying my order shipped. The day before the order was to arrive I got an email saying my order was shipped. Further checking I found that the shift boots shipped from two different locations and a week apart. Wish I'd been notified of that in the beginning. Would have saved the headache of tearing the truck apart twice. Great products and prices. Just no communication
I do not like to use the Post Office. They lose a 20 pound box.
I wanted these items delivered to my house address.
I am happy with your product, but please fix it where I dont have to receive my products threw the mail system.
It was 2 an half weeks before I got my items.
I could have driven 2 hours to Amarillo to get this item.
But deliver to my house is better.
I will inquiry before ordering again. Make sure it is del by UPS to my home address.

I actually wanted to cancel the order in less than 12 hours after placing it but was informed it had already shipped. I wasn't terribly pleased with that, but I can't fault them for being on the ball with the delivery time. My purchase was well-packed and delivered when promised and the customer service rep with whom I spoke was very nice.
very easy to order i just hope it's quick to get here. lol thank you. I know times is rough right now. but i'm in a hurry to get this so I can get back to work. how long do you think it will take to get to me? or should i get a cheap one somewhere now till gets here.
Seat covers are nice and fit perfect. Time will tell how long they last. The only thing i didnt like is how they left the package in front of my door when i specifically left a note on the order not to

One of the mud flap hanger mounting brackets didn't fit the hanger that I purchased else where. I also made an order before this one with headlights and a grill when I received my headlights one of them the driver's side was broke on the adjustment screw inside,
The system only tells me it is US funds buried in a message prior to making the credit card entry and then after completed. Pain in the butt.
Had to have transaction cancelled and then redone totally.
Everything was great. If i had to give any negative feed back it would be the lack of providing an expected ship date at the time of ordering, and also a email with a tracking number when it does ship.
I had called Raneys two times. on both occasions, the people i spoke with were very knowledgeable and were able to answer every questions i had.
Website is easy to use when searching for parts by model, make and year. Very helpful when searching for parts on older model trucks. Raney's will also give you a call if there is any question about what you ordered.
Your shipping rates are not in line. You have coupon codes but none of them work. I wasted time ordering with none of your codes working and after all the time I just ordered anyway even though shipping is high

I ordered a pair of headlight in may for a truck. Open the boxes and one has everything I need to install and the other one does not have the pigtail in it. I have called and been emailing for 3 days and no answer. So I am ordering another light so I can get my customer taken care off.
The order shipped with YRC Freight. I waited until 3 days after the scheduled delivery day to call them, they said that they don't have any trucks heading to my area within a week. I had to drive an hour and a half to pick up my order at their facility.
Great experience, app is very easy to use and directs you right to the parts your looking for plus the delivery schedule was correct and on time I look forward to doing business with raneys in the future!
Was happy to receive the ram's head hood ornament, however delivery to Canada took quite a long time. Delivery was also complicated by an additional charge of about $40 for duty and shipping fees that had to be paid before it could be delivered. I had already paid for shipping and duty fees at the time of purchase. This was quite frustrating.
The staff at Randy's is AMAZING! Natalie is super great and really follows through until the very end to ensure you are completely satisfied with any outcome of the transaction. I will continue buying from them as long as I own trucks.
I contacted Raneys to talk to them about purchase. Explained that was showing taxes and we are tax exempt. Rep indicated would take tax away when address entered. He indicated that shipping would populate after doing so changing purchase amount. I find this very misleading. I thought when I put in information and put in purchase it would show what I would owe.... Showed 590 but when entered the shipping information showed owed 630.... think you should see what you owe exactly. VERY MISLEADING. Asked if shipping is free ever with bigger purchases and rep indicated no. I know Iowa 80 gives free shipping or waives it on bigger purchases. Would have been nice for your rep to do same.
Had issues with the payment all my info was correct but it kept sending me back to check my information. I was about to cancel order but it finally went thru. Other then that I am looking forward to doing business with you thank you
The shipping notifications were the only things we had an issue with. It said that the order was received for almost 2 weeks before I called about it. Then I was on hold for almost 15 minutes while the customer service rep found my order.
Shipper didn't include my phone number in the shipping information and the fed ex driver had no way to contact me for delivery appointment and my order was at the local fed ex warehouse for 2 days before I finally started calling about my order
Talked to a parts person, ( nice person)couldn't find anything for the older truck, found a bracket that looked close on their website, ordered- wrong one, now can't get help to return - there system can't find the order, but they keep sending me out emails- been on the phone waiting for over a hour for return parts / have a order number, but won't except it in return
You guys are great, would have given 5 stars, but when I received the product it was in 2 different packages. Didn't understand why. On one it fit just right. When I went for the next one had to force it on, gave me a little trouble but got it on. All in all I like the product and it looks great.

Yall could fix this problem if someone would call me about the 500 dollar head lights that I'm not happy with, for one thing when i got them the high beam lights didnt work had to buy new one. And it hasn't been a year and now The clear lens is turn and Brown

to they sent to my Canadian address instead not only
taking twice as long but cost me an extra $103.00
in fees and duties needed the part or I would have
had it returned to sender but was worried I would
not get my money back completely unsatisfied
I feel they should refund my fees in good faith
