Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
From the order process to the install was easy to do. Itt took less than a minute to install each side.
the customer service was great! They didnt tell me that there supplier wasnt on time and that my order was going to be delayed because of. I had to call and ask why I havent recieved my order on time. Once I did and ask for discount it was offered.
dash mat for a 2017 Cascadia Freightliner does not work, the defrost holes are in the wrong place. the 2017 has them centered on the dash and the mat that was sent has 4 of them along the bottom of the mat therefor blocking any air flow from the defroster vents
When shipping to Canada via UPS you should give an option to prepay customs. It was an unexpected extra $50 I had to pay which made it such a price that I could have purchased for a lower price locally
Purchased what I thought and was advertised a pair of headlight lenses. After I placed order I realized that the price was for one headlight lens. Called company to cancel order and was told that order was canceled and refunded to my card. Well next day I receive said order UPS and email conformation that order was delivered.
Called company and was informed that they supposedly called me back stating order was processed through manufacturer and they couldn't stop it. Now I have to pay $9 shipping to send it back to them. SCAM Artists!

I was trying to get my order in for the free shipping(fattuesday) But ran into problems getting the right dimension for the floor plate. By the time I talked to someone ,the discount was over. (12hrs)
Bad communication and subpar customer service. Did not receive my item and no reason why until I called and found out it was on backorder, even though I had checked on it once before and was told it was being sent out.
The order came thru but was wrong shift knob had ordered a red pearl ball, i got a abstract wolfs head with a tophat. However the box was damaged, and the tophat on the wolfs head was broken. After a few emails i just gave up. Ill maybe get it somwhere else.
This shopping experience is great so far but I did in the past order an ash tray for my 1995 379 Pete and when I received it it was to big and I called to return to be told that shipping was so high it didn't pay to ship back so now im stuck with an ash tray that want fit

Mirrors that were not so outrageous were ripped off my car by drunken vandals, Im sure this purchase will make them disappointed in themselves if they ever see me again
