Shipping is too slow. I can't have my truck broke down for this amount of time. I ordered a coolant tank, took a week to get it, found out it was broken, still waiting for my replacement.

I enjoy shopping on raney's you seem to always have everything that I need only complaint I have it seems like all shipping prices no matter what I order is over like $35 when I order a box of lights that weigh practically nothing to ordering bigger pieces I can understand the prices on shipping but when the box doesn't weigh anything in the shipping prices $35 plus sometimes it's pretty ridiculous and I hate when my order is divided up and not shipped all at once I order for a fleet of trucks and then I have to constantly track down what has come in and what I am still waiting on or if it would all show up in one box or one shipment would make things way easier

Been shopping around for straps waiting on a promo code from you guys. Would of been more happy to not pay the sales tax for another state but, it is what it is.

Good, could apply coupons to orders automatically, would be better for customer. I had a 5% coupon but forgot to add code to my order before finalizing, so I lose out I guess.

Description of your parts are very vague and do not explain the items? Could you try harder to get a better understanding of what we are purchasing to insure a proper fit. Thanks

My very first order with Raney's. Selection for Western Star products not extensive, but what they do carry is a fair price. When I do get my order, I will place another review.

Product was used to replace switch covers that had missing red pearls for sometime. Just adds to the look I'm looking for. Elegant and professional. Great seevice

The website was easy to navigate. The prices were lower than anywhere I found. I have saved Raneys in my bookmark, to easily find them when looking for items that they may carry.

Seat cover, bottom piece it's not big in off to stay in place!!! Sunvisor was missing 22 stainless steel 1/4'screws, washers and nuts,which supports visor to brackets!

Products are really good, but unfortunately the shipping cost and duties are very expensive, raneys chrome should have policy for over 50 or 100$ order free shipping

Came in good time. Delivery driver, FED-X just through it in my driveway if I wouldn't have seen it,I would have backed out of my garage and drove over it. Called and filed complaint with them.

VERY hard to find. Searching involves too much unrelated merchandise. BUT, I finally found exactly what I wanted. Shipping way to high for the small brackets I ordered

Worst experience ever. I purchased two rolls of 10 gauge 25ft black and red wire for a job. The items listed as they were in stock when I placed my order. However it took one month to receive the wire because apparently the items were on back order. I was never notified of why there was a delay until I called customer service. The lady I spoke with reached out to someone in California to see why there was a delay. They told me that I should have my wire by the end of the following week. But the funny thing was as soon as I emailed the company; that same day I got a email notification saying my items were finally in route to me. Its really bad customer service to not notify your customers that their items were delayed, and then finally get around to sending it out a month later when I complained. But the company never offered a apology or any sort of reimbursement for my hassle. I had to buy wire else where to even complete the job I needed this wire for. I will NEVER shop with Raney again, and I will be advising others to stay clear of this business also.

The LED work light came on time but is defective and doesn't produce any light when all wired up.

Needed it to put aftermarket steering wheel. Ordered it and kind of took a long time to get in the mail but other than that I'm satisfied and will be ordering from them in the future.

Always easy to order and ships quick. If there's a problem they are quick to respond and make things right. If only the freight guys that deliver my orders were as reliable

Was not packaged for shipping well, came scratched on all ends paint worn off from up and down pick up and put down during shipping. I accepted as it's an older truck
