my overall experience was good. I got the package at a reasonable time and installation didn't take too long. It works great and I can see the road better driving at night

It was quick and easy but haven't revived my product yet hope it comes in a timely manner with no damage and can gone it a 100 percent thumbs up frank burton

I like the layout of the website and everything is easy to find an order my one complaint would be how long the order takes to get here. Shipping is not cheap from Raney's so it should be fast.

Satisfied completely with the Centrimatics. Shocks I ordered didn't fit. Returned 2 shocks and was only refunded for 1. Called and was told they would check into it. Matter not resolved.

Raneys will be the only place I order truck parts for my husband. They are fabulous and very knowledgeable about all things truck. Thank you Raneys for making it so easy.

wondering why your website is promoting free shipping storewide for labor day weekend, but when i put the code in it says it doesn't apply to the items in my cart

Switched from Iowa80 to Raney's. Pictures are similar but Raney's had better after market selection on some items and the always seem very friendly and happy to help when calling in

I had a difficult time checking out, the system kept kicking me back to fix something that didn't need to be fixed then had to redo all the credit card info twice. I almost quit.

WOW! the products are good, the prices are great, but the service is even better! when I hit a snag on their website THEY called me to make it right... That's what I call service!

Always able to find a lot of stuff, shipping is so incredibly expensive. Reason we don't order very often. We can go through extra hassle a lot of times and save a couple hundred dollars.

I received the package ,there was no Direction's to install it hired a mechanic and it didn't work,I sent it back and got most of my back.spent $81 got back$ 74. Thanks for the aggravation,!

Every time i shop at Raney's it's simple. The only problem i have is he horn i got is illegal to put on trucks. Why would you sell something that can not be put on?

it was not clear in the product description that it was only two pieces and not the four you need to do a semi tractor with dual axles.. it should have a clearer description and now the shipping , which seemed high at 150 flat, is now crazy because i could have had this all for the 150, which still seems high for a 37lb product.. VERY FRUSTRATED as it to a week or more to get the product and now i still don't have all the parts.. I was thinking this is sa cool site, now REALLY frustrated.

Missing hardware. Had to call in order to get the hardware sent out requested for supervisor to contact me which no one ever did. poor customer service

Every I have purchased I am happy with besides the cup holder broke apart after two days of having it in the truck the bottom of the cup holder broke off

I ordered some truck wash that took three weeks to get to me. I did contact customer service and they did respond quickly. Still not sure why it took so long and no updates until I contacted support

Every thing was great, but had to return the product because wires would not fit down tube filled with foam. I hope I have a good experience with the return.
