Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.

The part did not fit, it needs an adapter. I tried to read the ad to make sure that it was a screw on and did not need an adapter just doesn't work
DISAPPOINTED AS AT FIRST, IT SHOWED FREE SHIPPING. THEN IT RIGHT BACK AND ADDED IT RIGHT BACK IN. ALSO, NOWHERE TO INPUT A SALES TAX NUMBER FOR SALES TAX EXEMPTION.

For the custom cut parts it would've been nice to know that they are not in stock, yet have to be cut per order and the deluvery time will be longer.
